【摘要】： 在對(duì)社會(huì)主義與商品經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)究竟存在著怎樣的關(guān)系問題的認(rèn)識(shí)上,面對(duì)危機(jī)重重的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí),列寧和鄧小平既不囿于經(jīng)典著作的結(jié)論,又勇于超越自我,善于從實(shí)際出發(fā)去提出和發(fā)展自己的思想理論,提出新的目標(biāo)、任務(wù)和對(duì)策。列寧率先在俄國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義建設(shè),在把馬克思的設(shè)想直接付諸實(shí)踐失敗后,果斷實(shí)行了新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,提出利用商品貨幣關(guān)系和市場為社會(huì)主義服務(wù),并在晚年提出對(duì)社會(huì)主義的整個(gè)看法改變了。鄧小平針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)理論強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)主義與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)不相容的觀念,以巨大的政治勇氣和理論勇氣沖破了禁區(qū)。他在1992年的南方談話闡述了困擾和束縛人們思想的許多重大認(rèn)識(shí)問題,從根本上解除了把計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)看作屬于社會(huì)基本制度范疇的思想束縛,不僅迎來了一次重大的思想解放,為我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立打下了良好的思想和理論基礎(chǔ),而且這一頗具創(chuàng)造性的見解,是對(duì)馬克思主義理論的突破和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the understanding of the relationship between socialism and commodity economy and market economy, Lenin and Deng Xiaoping are not confined to the conclusion of classical works and dare to transcend themselves in the face of the dangerous social reality. He is good at putting forward and developing his own ideological theory and putting forward new goals, tasks and countermeasures. Lenin took the lead in leading the people in socialist construction in Russia. After failing to put Marx's ideas into practice directly, Lenin resolutely carried out the new economic policy and put forward the use of commodity and monetary relations and the market to serve socialism. And in his later years he proposed a change in the whole view of socialism. Deng Xiaoping emphasizes that socialism and market economy are incompatible with the traditional planned economy theory, and breaks through the forbidden zone with great political courage and theoretical courage. In his 1992 talk to the South, he elaborated on many major cognitive problems that haunt and constrain people's thinking, and fundamentally lifted the ideological shackles that regarded the planned economy and the market economy as belonging to the basic system of society. Not only has it ushered in an important ideological emancipation and laid a good ideological and theoretical foundation for the establishment of the socialist market economic system in our country, but also this creative view is a breakthrough and development of Marxist theory.
