【摘要】：以蘭州商學(xué)院長青學(xué)院為例,探討?yīng)毩W(xué)院創(chuàng)新商科類人才培養(yǎng)模式、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的途徑。實(shí)踐得出:應(yīng)立足于人才規(guī)格定位及基本素質(zhì)要求,以改革人才培養(yǎng)模式為切入點(diǎn),以專業(yè)建設(shè)為抓手,構(gòu)建第一、二、三課堂立體交叉支撐體系,培養(yǎng)具有一定理論素養(yǎng)的應(yīng)用型人才;同時(shí),從"商、優(yōu)、用"三方面著力,突出辦學(xué)特色,提升辦學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Taking Changqing College of Lanzhou Business School as an example, this paper probes into the ways of innovating the training mode of business talents and improving teaching quality in independent colleges. In practice, we should base ourselves on the orientation of talent specification and the requirement of basic quality, take the reform of talent training mode as the breakthrough point, take the professional construction as the starting point, and construct the first, second and third classroom intersecting support system. At the same time, we should focus on three aspects of "business, excellence and use" to highlight the characteristics of running a school and improve the quality of running a school.
