[Abstract]:Since the modern bureaucracy was put forward, it has been favored by people because of its high efficiency and neutrality, and has developed rapidly in theory and experience. However, the development of bureaucracy so far, its own shortcomings are gradually revealed. Many scholars use historical and institutional analysis methods to deal with bureaucracy's inefficiency and organization.
