【摘要】：信托責任實際上是忠實勤勉的受托人責任,本質(zhì)上是種內(nèi)在制度。而我國在改革發(fā)展的過程中社會整體缺乏必要的信托責任意識。本文從近年來的經(jīng)濟大案引出論題,從制度經(jīng)濟學的角度論述了信托責任的內(nèi)涵、作用以及我國信托責任的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出構(gòu)建我國社會主義信托責任的建議。
[Abstract]:Trust responsibility is actually a faithful and diligent trustee ' s responsibility , essentially a kind of internal system . In the process of reform and development , our country lacks the necessary consciousness of trust responsibility . In this paper , we discuss the connotation , function of trust responsibility and the development of trust responsibility in our country from the perspective of institutional economics , and put forward some suggestions to construct our country ' s socialist trust responsibility .
