【摘要】：結(jié)合本土社會資本理論、資源保存理論和軀體標(biāo)識理論,本文提出了社會資本與自我意識情緒影響經(jīng)濟(jì)合作行為的理論框架。隨后在公共物品實(shí)驗(yàn)中考察了社會資本、自我意識情緒對博弈者合作決策的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)社會資本促進(jìn)了博弈者的合作決策,即朋友網(wǎng)絡(luò)中博弈者的搭便車指數(shù)顯著低于陌生網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的博弈者;(2)博弈者的積極自我意識情緒(自豪)、消極自我意識情緒(尷尬、低自尊)均與其搭便車指數(shù)顯著負(fù)相關(guān);(3)博弈者的積極、消極自我意識情緒對社會資本與搭便車行為的關(guān)系具有中介效應(yīng)。最后討論了文章的基本結(jié)論與實(shí)踐啟示,指出了研究局限與未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Combined with the theory of local social capital, the theory of resource conservation and the theory of body identification, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of the influence of social capital and self-conscious emotion on economic cooperation behavior. Then, in the public goods experiment, the influence of social capital and self-consciousness emotion on the cooperative decision-making of gamers is investigated. The results show that social capital promotes the cooperative decision of game players. That is, the hitchhiker's free-rider index in the friend network is significantly lower than that in the unfamiliar network player's (pride, negative self-consciousness, embarrassment, etc.) the positive self-consciousness (pride), the negative self-consciousness (embarrassed), Low self-esteem was negatively correlated with the hitchhiker index. Negative self-awareness had a mediating effect on the relationship between social capital and free-rider behavior. Finally, the paper discusses the basic conclusions and practical enlightenment, points out the limitations of the research and the future research direction.
