【摘要】：隨著會計信息失真、會計造假等負面報道的增多,會計職業(yè)道德素質越來越成為人們關注的焦點,高素質、高技能的會計人員是行業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,經濟管理的需要,是社會和諧的需要。本文擬站在高等院校財經專業(yè)的角度,對高等院校財經專業(yè)會計職業(yè)道德教育的現(xiàn)實意義、存在的問題、改革途徑作探討。本文認為,高等教育作為會計職業(yè)道德教育的基礎環(huán)節(jié),應加強師資隊伍建設、教材建設、教育方式改革,為社會培養(yǎng)出更多的德才兼?zhèn)涞膬?yōu)秀會計人才。
[Abstract]:With the increase of negative reports such as accounting information distortion and accounting fraud, the quality of accounting professional ethics has become the focus of more and more people's attention. High quality and high skill accountants are the needs of the development of the industry and the needs of economic management.It is the need of social harmony.From the point of view of finance and economics specialty in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the practical significance, existing problems and reform ways of professional ethics education of financial accounting in colleges and universities.This paper holds that higher education, as the basic link of accounting professional ethics education, should strengthen the construction of teaching staff, the construction of teaching materials and the reform of educational methods, so as to cultivate more outstanding accounting talents with both moral and talented abilities for the society.
