【摘要】： 從資本主義產(chǎn)生至今,經(jīng)過(guò)一系列漸進(jìn)的或革命的運(yùn)動(dòng),盡管勞動(dòng)在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會(huì)的地位已有較大提升。但資本主義的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系并未發(fā)生根本性逆轉(zhuǎn),如果勞動(dòng)仍然是商品,那么,剝削、奴役、壓迫、異化與物化等非正義現(xiàn)象就難以根治。本文的目的便是對(duì)資本主義企業(yè)模式的獨(dú)立面──經(jīng)濟(jì)民主企業(yè)進(jìn)行研究。馬克思對(duì)工人合作工廠這一早期的經(jīng)濟(jì)民主企業(yè)模式的社會(huì)主義性質(zhì)的論述,是本文研究的指導(dǎo)思想。經(jīng)濟(jì)民主是以生產(chǎn)資料公有制為基礎(chǔ)的社會(huì)主義勞動(dòng)組織的基本治理原則,它顛覆了資本主義企業(yè)的治理和分配結(jié)構(gòu)。本文通過(guò)研究證明,經(jīng)濟(jì)民主企業(yè)不僅具有重大的社會(huì)價(jià)值也具有很高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效率。因此,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革也應(yīng)當(dāng)積極引入經(jīng)濟(jì)民主,為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展注入新的活力。當(dāng)然,經(jīng)濟(jì)民主也產(chǎn)生了自己的問(wèn)題和危險(xiǎn),需要不斷地改進(jìn)和修正。而中國(guó)的社會(huì)主義性質(zhì)決定了當(dāng)前的阻礙是非結(jié)構(gòu)性的和暫時(shí)的,經(jīng)濟(jì)民主必將在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的歷史進(jìn)程中逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of capitalism to now, after a series of progressive or revolutionary movements, although the status of labor in modern industrial society has been greatly improved, the capitalist relations of production have not been fundamentally reversed, if labor is still a commodity, Well, exploitation, enslavement, oppression, It's hard to cure injustice such as alienation and materialization. The purpose of this paper is to study the independent side of the capitalist enterprise model-- economic democratic enterprise. Marx made a study of the worker cooperative factory, an early economic democratic enterprise. The discussion of the socialist nature of the industrial model, Economic democracy is the basic governing principle of socialist labor organization based on public ownership of means of production, which subverts the governance and distribution structure of capitalist enterprises. Economic democratic enterprises are not only of great social value but also of high economic efficiency. Therefore, China's economic reform should also actively introduce economic democracy and inject new vitality into the development of the national economy. Economic democracy has also created its own problems and dangers that need to be constantly improved and amended. The socialist nature of China determines that the current obstacles are non-structural and temporary. Economic democracy will be gradually realized in the historical process of socialist construction.
