【摘要】:本文旨在對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)下,人的發(fā)展理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)的研究進(jìn)行探討性的充實(shí)。根據(jù)馬克思社會(huì)形態(tài)理論和人學(xué)理論,對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)理論進(jìn)行了新探,并對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行界定。在這個(gè)“新”的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)下研究人的發(fā)展,運(yùn)用辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義方法論,論證了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)與人的發(fā)展內(nèi)在的本質(zhì)必然聯(lián)系。依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生的歷史背景、概念加以解釋說明,并本著馬克思主義唯物史觀的立場(chǎng),,肯定了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然。社會(huì)發(fā)展是人的發(fā)展,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)與人的發(fā)展有著內(nèi)在的本質(zhì)的必然聯(lián)系。傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)階段壓抑了人的主體性張揚(yáng),而知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是從傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)以“物”為中心轉(zhuǎn)到以“人”為中心,使人的主體性得到了發(fā)揮。因此,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)為人的發(fā)展提供了平臺(tái)。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)在對(duì)人的發(fā)展具有積極作用的同時(shí),也存在一些問題。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)初見端倪,知識(shí)要真正地完全發(fā)揮其作用必須創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì),改變?nèi)说膶W(xué)習(xí)觀念和落后的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,認(rèn)清學(xué)習(xí)的本質(zhì)。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是建立在知識(shí)、信息生產(chǎn)和分配使用之上的經(jīng)濟(jì),其特征表現(xiàn)為:創(chuàng)新性、主體性、全球化。由此,決定了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)是學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)。學(xué)習(xí)是人類通向其目的的橋梁,使知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的力量。學(xué)習(xí)使知識(shí)作為客體不斷主體化,是主體內(nèi)化的過程,從而增強(qiáng)了人的主體性。同時(shí),使人類能力素質(zhì)提高,這樣才能適應(yīng)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展不斷對(duì)人提出的新要求。終身學(xué)習(xí),廣泛性的社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)人的發(fā)展必要手段。因此,創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)促進(jìn)人的發(fā)展,從而推動(dòng)了社會(huì)發(fā)展,同時(shí)社會(huì)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)了人的發(fā)展,人的發(fā)展是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)源動(dòng)力。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是新的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),不但改變了人的生活方式和思維方式,而且也改變了人的價(jià)值觀念。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是以知識(shí)為主導(dǎo)性生產(chǎn)要素的經(jīng)濟(jì),人是知識(shí)的載體,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的根本價(jià)值就是弘揚(yáng)了個(gè)體的主體性。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì),人的價(jià)值取向發(fā)生了根本性的變化,有對(duì)“物”的價(jià)值轉(zhuǎn)換到人對(duì)“自身”價(jià)值的追問,用人的發(fā)展作為價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來評(píng)價(jià)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)。人的發(fā)展是評(píng)價(jià)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的價(jià)值尺度,是判斷社會(huì)進(jìn)步主客觀尺度的統(tǒng)一。人的發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展是互動(dòng)的,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)凸現(xiàn)了知識(shí)的重要性,人要通過不斷的學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí),內(nèi)化為主體的素質(zhì)能力,同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的生產(chǎn)力。由此,終身學(xué)習(xí)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)人的發(fā)展和
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to enrich the research on the theory and reality of human development in the form of knowledge economy. According to Marx's theory of social formation and the theory of human studies, this paper makes a new probe into the theory of knowledge economy. And define the knowledge economy. In this "new" economic form, the study of human development, the use of dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology, This paper demonstrates that the inherent essence of knowledge economy and human development must be related. According to the present research situation at home and abroad, this paper explains the historical background and concept of knowledge economy, and takes the stand of Marxist historical materialism. It affirms that knowledge economy is the necessity of social development. Social development is the development of human beings. The knowledge economy changes from the traditional economy to the center of "human", which makes the subjectivity of human being come into play. Knowledge economy provides a platform for human development. While knowledge economy has a positive effect on human development, there are also some problems. Knowledge economy is an economy based on knowledge, information production and distribution, which is characterized by innovation, subjectivity and globalization. The knowledge economy society is a learning society. Learning is the bridge of human beings to its purpose and the power of transforming knowledge into reality. Learning makes knowledge as the object of continuous subject, is the process of subject internalization. Thus, the subjectivity of human beings is strengthened. At the same time, the quality of human ability is improved, so as to adapt to the new demands of the development of knowledge economy society. Extensive social learning is the necessary means for the development of people in the knowledge economy society. Therefore, the establishment of a learning society promotes the development of human beings, thus promoting the development of society, and at the same time, the development of society promotes the development of human beings. Human development is the internal motive force of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy is a new form of social economy, which not only changes people's way of life and mode of thinking, Knowledge economy is an economy with knowledge as the dominant factor of production, and man is the carrier of knowledge. The fundamental value of knowledge economy is to carry forward the subjectivity of the individual. The value orientation of human beings has changed fundamentally, and the value of "thing" has been transformed into the value of "self", and the development of human resources is regarded as the value standard to evaluate the knowledge economy, and the development of human beings is the value criterion of evaluating the knowledge economy. Human development and social development are interactive, the knowledge economy society has highlighted the importance of knowledge, people should constantly learn knowledge and internalize the quality of the main body.
