【摘要】：本文利用兩階段GMM估計(jì)方法,檢驗(yàn)了2003-2010年期間我國(guó)30個(gè)地區(qū)環(huán)保投資對(duì)就業(yè)規(guī)模和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),環(huán)保投資對(duì)就業(yè)規(guī)模具有顯著的帶動(dòng)作用,而且,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目"三同時(shí)"對(duì)就業(yè)效應(yīng)的帶動(dòng)作用最為明顯,且有長(zhǎng)期效果。因此,完全可以通過(guò)擴(kuò)大環(huán)保投資,實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境保護(hù)和就業(yè)這兩大民生問(wèn)題的雙贏。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of environmental protection investment on employment scale and employment structure in 30 regions of China from 2003 to 2010 are examined by using two-stage GMM estimation method. It is found that environmental protection investment has a significant driving effect on employment scale. The "three simultaneous" construction projects have the most obvious and long-term effect on the employment effect. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a win-win situation between environmental protection and employment through expanding investment in environmental protection.
