【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記強調(diào),經(jīng)濟安全是國家安全的基礎(chǔ),"必須從政治上看"。他從多重維度指出我國現(xiàn)存的人民群眾生命生活、糧食、能源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息和金融等經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的安全問題,提出必須從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保證、制度保證等方面著手,堅持和發(fā)展黨對經(jīng)濟的有力領(lǐng)導(dǎo),依法堅持社會主義初級階段基本經(jīng)濟制度,有效防范、管理和處理經(jīng)濟安全風(fēng)險,從根本上保障國家經(jīng)濟安全。這些立足實踐、著眼長遠,從政治視角高屋建瓴展開的論述,體現(xiàn)了習(xí)近平經(jīng)濟思想的宏韜偉略和深刻的經(jīng)濟安全戰(zhàn)略新意,充盈著人民利益至上的為民情懷和依憲治國、捍衛(wèi)中國特色社主義的制度清醒和政治自覺,是全面深化我國經(jīng)濟體制改革的指導(dǎo)思想和重要遵循。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that economic security is the foundation of national security and "must be viewed from a political point of view." he pointed out the existing life, food, and energy resources of the people in our country. Network information and finance and other economic areas of security issues, put forward that we must start from the leadership guarantee, system assurance and other aspects, adhere to and develop the party's strong leadership over the economy. We should adhere to the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism according to law, effectively guard against, manage, and handle economic security risks, and fundamentally safeguard national economic security. From the political angle of view, the exposition, which embodies Xi Jinping's economic thoughts of Hongtao and Wei and profound economic security strategy, is filled with the people's interests first for the people and governing the country in accordance with the Constitution. The sobriety of system and political consciousness of safeguarding the socialism with Chinese characteristics is the guiding ideology and important follow to deepen the reform of our country's economic system in an all-round way.
