【摘要】: 公平價格是中世紀(jì)教會重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理之一。從早期羅馬法文本到13世紀(jì)的各類哲學(xué)和神學(xué)著作中,法學(xué)家和神學(xué)家出于神學(xué)正義論和對商人的擔(dān)憂,都對公平價格概念和理論進(jìn)行過詳細(xì)的討論,認(rèn)為公平價格就是現(xiàn)行的市場價格。阿奎那作為這一經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理思想的集大成者也基本認(rèn)可早期法學(xué)家和神學(xué)家公平價格概念及其理論。但是由于阿奎那對公平價格的闡述零星地散落在《神學(xué)大全》和對《倫理學(xué)》的注解中,因而后阿奎那時代的經(jīng)院哲學(xué)家總是從中獲得有利于他們各自觀點的言論;即便是近現(xiàn)代的思想家在研究這一問題的時候開始也總是發(fā)生分歧。直到魯弗和鮑德溫等人開始系統(tǒng)化研究,學(xué)者關(guān)于中世紀(jì)公平價格等同于市場價格并且與維持社會身份無關(guān)這一概念和理論才達(dá)成共識。 不過如此重要的教會經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理,其研究在國內(nèi)卻依然顯得單薄,散落在經(jīng)濟(jì)史著述和教會倫理研究中的介紹也顯得不夠具體和深入。鑒于此,本文試圖吸收國內(nèi)外的研究成果對公平價格思想做一個詳細(xì)的分析。一方面,本文借鑒西方經(jīng)濟(jì)史的分析方法將公平價格概念重新還原到當(dāng)時特定歷史環(huán)境中,并試圖探尋中世紀(jì)公平價格的特殊性;另一方面,通過深入分析中世紀(jì)的獨特宗教文化氛圍,拙文認(rèn)為中世紀(jì)支配一切的神學(xué)正義論以及教會對商業(yè)的消極態(tài)度使公平價格的存在得到了強(qiáng)大的理論和社會支撐。 另外,筆者認(rèn)為公平價格正好體現(xiàn)了中世紀(jì)理論與實踐行為的異化特征,因為在中世紀(jì)這個獨特的文化特征和社會結(jié)構(gòu)中,一旦支撐教會倫理的基礎(chǔ)受到純經(jīng)濟(jì)力量的沖擊而發(fā)生動搖,那么存活在上面的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理也會逐漸地失去既定的規(guī)范力量。
[Abstract]:Fair price is one of the important economic ethics of the Church in the Middle Ages. From the early texts of Roman law to the various philosophical and theological works in 13th century, jurists and theologians are concerned about theological justice and businessmen. The concept and theory of fair price have been discussed in detail. It is believed that fair price is the current market price. Aquinas, as the epitome of this economic ethics, basically accepted the concept and theory of fair price of early jurists and theologians. The exposition of GE is scattered in the whole of theology and in the commentary to Ethics. Thus, the post-Aquinas philosophers of the Confucian school always get from this speech in favor of their respective views; Even modern thinkers began to disagree on the subject until Ruff and Baldwin and others began to systematize it. Scholars reached consensus on the concept and theory that fair price was equal to market price and had nothing to do with maintaining social identity. No matter how important the ecclesiastical economic ethics is, its research is still weak in our country, and the introduction in economic history and church ethics research is not concrete and deep enough. In view of this. This paper attempts to absorb the domestic and foreign research results to make a detailed analysis of fair price. On the one hand, this paper restores the concept of fair price to the specific historical environment of that time by using the analysis method of western economic history. And try to explore the particularity of fair price in the Middle Ages; On the other hand, through in-depth analysis of the unique medieval religious culture atmosphere. The author argues that the theological justice theory and the church's negative attitude toward business in the Middle Ages supported the existence of fair price in theory and society. In addition, the author thinks that fair price just reflects the alienation characteristic of medieval theory and practice behavior, because in this unique cultural characteristic and social structure of the Middle Ages. Once the foundation of ecclesiastical ethics is shaken by the impact of pure economic forces, the economic ethics that survives will gradually lose its established normative power.
