全國統(tǒng)一碳市場(chǎng)的政策選擇與經(jīng)濟(jì)影響分析

【摘要】:文章利用國家信息中心開發(fā)的動(dòng)態(tài)一般均衡模型(SICGE模型)來評(píng)估全國統(tǒng)一碳交易體系下碳價(jià)(100元/噸)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響和減排效果。由于我國電價(jià)管制是影響電力行業(yè)參與碳交易成本有效性的重要因素,因此利用情景分析對(duì)不同電價(jià)管制方式和碳價(jià)收入返還方式下碳價(jià)的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響和減排效果進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析,并給出了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the dynamic general equilibrium model (SICGE model) developed by the National Information Center is used to evaluate the economic impact and emission reduction effect of carbon price (100 yuan / ton) under the national unified carbon trading system. Since electricity price regulation in China is an important factor affecting the cost effectiveness of electricity industry to participate in carbon trading, Therefore, the economic impact and emission reduction effect of carbon price under different electricity price regulation methods and carbon price revenue return mode are analyzed with scenario analysis, and the corresponding conclusions are given.
