【摘要】：近年來我國資本市場的發(fā)展較為迅速,尤其是中小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越快,對我國資本的增長貢獻(xiàn)了很大一部分力量,因此中小微企業(yè)的力量越來越不容小覷。新三板的建立和發(fā)展是我國場外資本市場建設(shè)的重要舉措。雖然新三板市場建立較晚,但是發(fā)展迅速,越來越受到重視,并逐漸進(jìn)入人們的視線。我國新三板市場雖然已經(jīng)建立了相關(guān)的法律制度,但其各方面都不夠完善,還處于初步階段,所以,本文對新三板市場交易制度的分析對市場發(fā)展有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the capital market of our country develops more rapidly, especially the development of the small and medium-sized microenterprises, which contributes a lot of strength to the growth of the capital of our country, so the strength of the small and medium-sized enterprises is more and more not to be underestimated. The establishment and development of the new third board is an important measure in the construction of the capital market in our country. Although the new three-board market was established late, but the rapid development, more and more attention, and gradually into the line of sight. Although the relevant legal system has been established in China's new third board market, its various aspects are not perfect and are still in the initial stage. Therefore, the analysis of the transaction system of the new third board market is of great significance to the development of the market.
