【摘要】：2006年,新三板市場(chǎng)的啟動(dòng)為部分中小企業(yè)解決融資困境開辟了一條全新的渠道。2013年,新三板突破試點(diǎn)國(guó)家高新區(qū)限制,擴(kuò)容至所有符合新三板條件的企業(yè),從而可為全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的中小企業(yè)提供融資的服務(wù)。隨著國(guó)家政策的大力支持,新三板市場(chǎng)近兩年來(lái)發(fā)展十分迅猛,掛牌企業(yè)數(shù)量井噴式增加。本文將通過詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)分析中小企業(yè)在新三板的融資現(xiàn)狀,并發(fā)現(xiàn)目前存在的問題。
[Abstract]:In 2006, the launch of the new third board market opened up a new channel for some small and medium-sized enterprises to solve their financing difficulties. In 2013, the new third board broke through the restrictions of high-tech zones in the pilot countries and expanded to all enterprises that meet the requirements of the new three boards. Thus can provide financing service for the small and medium-sized enterprises in the whole country. With the support of national policy, the new three-board market has developed rapidly in the past two years, and the number of listed enterprises has increased. This paper will analyze the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new third board through detailed data, and find out the existing problems.
