【摘要】：具有基金評(píng)級(jí)資格的證券公司與證券投資基金之間存在著緊密而有趣的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系,一方面,具有基金評(píng)級(jí)資格的證券公司可以對(duì)基金進(jìn)行評(píng)級(jí),另一方面,基金與證券公司之間可能存在利益關(guān)聯(lián),具體體現(xiàn)在:1)基金要通過(guò)證券公司的交易席位進(jìn)行交易并相應(yīng)地給予證券公司交易傭金;2)證券公司可能是投資基金的大股東.那么這兩種利益關(guān)聯(lián)會(huì)損害證券公司作為基金評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)的公正性嗎?研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1)如果證券公司與投資基金之間存在交易傭金關(guān)系或股權(quán)關(guān)系,那么證券公司會(huì)顯著提高基金的評(píng)級(jí)等級(jí);2)通過(guò)利益關(guān)聯(lián)獲得的基金評(píng)級(jí)對(duì)基金未來(lái)業(yè)績(jī)解釋力明顯較低;3)2010年實(shí)施基金評(píng)價(jià)資格管制之后,上述兩種現(xiàn)象更為明顯.綜合研究結(jié)果表明,利益關(guān)聯(lián)會(huì)損害證券公司作為基金評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)的公正性,且基金評(píng)級(jí)資格管制可能進(jìn)一步加劇了利益關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)評(píng)級(jí)公正性的損害.
[Abstract]:There is a close and interesting economic relationship between securities companies with fund rating qualifications and securities investment funds. On the one hand, securities companies with fund rating qualifications can rate funds; on the other hand, There may be a relationship of interest between the fund and the securities company, which is embodied in the fact that the fund should trade through the trading seat of the securities company and give the securities company a trading commission accordingly) the securities company may be the major shareholder of the investment fund. So will these two interest linkages undermine the fairness of securities firms as rating agencies for funds? The study found that if there is a transaction commission or equity relationship between a securities firm and an investment fund, Then the securities company will significantly improve the rating of the fund. 2) the fund rating obtained through the interest relationship has a significantly lower explanatory power to the future performance of the fund. 3) after the implementation of the qualification control of the fund evaluation in 2010, the above two phenomena are more obvious. The comprehensive research results show that interest association will damage the fairness of securities companies as a fund rating agency, and the regulation of fund rating qualification may further aggravate the damage of interest association to the fairness of rating.
