【摘要】：近年來，中小企業(yè)數(shù)量增長較快，其創(chuàng)造的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量不斷擴(kuò)大，資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的意愿增強(qiáng)。中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大，能為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)，是關(guān)系民生改善、社會(huì)和諧的重要基礎(chǔ)，，但就在其發(fā)展壯大過程中也遇到一系列問題，其中最主要的障礙是融資。隨著中小企業(yè)融資難題的升溫，國家加快了對(duì)多層次資本市場體系建設(shè)的步伐，提出積極發(fā)展債券市場的要求。然而，從目前中小企業(yè)發(fā)行債券的實(shí)際情況看來還存在著諸多問題，有必要進(jìn)一步的探討�？梢�，研究我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)行債券融資的問題，為中小企業(yè)解決融資難題具有重要意義。 本文從企業(yè)債券市場發(fā)展及對(duì)中小企業(yè)融資的意義出發(fā)，通過對(duì)國內(nèi)中小企業(yè)債券融資現(xiàn)狀的歸納梳理，對(duì)目前中小企業(yè)債券融資的融資工具以及債券市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行說明，并對(duì)其成因進(jìn)行深入分析，最后提出在發(fā)展和完善債券市場解決中小企業(yè)融資時(shí)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises has increased rapidly, the total economic volume created by them has been continuously expanded, and the willingness to adjust the structure of assets and upgrade the scale of enterprises has been strengthened. The development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises can make a great contribution to the steady and rapid development of the national economy, which is an important foundation for the improvement of the people's livelihood and social harmony. However, in the process of their development and expansion, they also encounter a series of problems. The main obstacle is financing. With the heating up of the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, the state has quickened the pace of the construction of multi-level capital market system and put forward the requirement of actively developing the bond market. However, from the actual situation of issuing bonds, there are still many problems, which need to be further discussed. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the issue of bond financing for SMEs. Starting from the development of corporate bond market and the significance of SME financing, this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic SME bond financing. This paper explains the key problems of bond financing tools and bond market risk of SMEs, analyzes the causes of these problems, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions when developing and perfecting the bond market to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.
