【摘要】：我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)雖然已經(jīng)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但是發(fā)行核準(zhǔn)制、過(guò)度的投機(jī)性以及公司治理機(jī)制的不健全,扭曲了資金的配置效率,限制了對(duì)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)作用。監(jiān)管部門(mén)應(yīng)審慎地推進(jìn)注冊(cè)制改革,培育價(jià)值投資理念,促使資本市場(chǎng)更好地服務(wù)于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:Although China's capital market has made great progress, the issuance and approval system, excessive speculation and imperfect corporate governance mechanism have distorted the allocation efficiency of funds and restricted the role of promoting the real economy.Regulators should advance the reform of registration system carefully, cultivate the concept of value investment, and promote the capital market to serve the real economy better.
