【摘要】：選取2004~2014年滬深股市主板4個(gè)行業(yè)上市公司數(shù)據(jù)作為研究對(duì)象,借助多元回歸分析,研究上市企業(yè)高管變更及其特征對(duì)企業(yè)個(gè)股交易的影響。結(jié)果表明:高管變更和高管年齡與企業(yè)年個(gè)股交易間存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;高管任期與企業(yè)年個(gè)股交易間沒有顯著關(guān)系。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn):滯后一年董事長(zhǎng)變更對(duì)企業(yè)年個(gè)股交易無明顯影響,總經(jīng)理變更與企業(yè)年個(gè)股交易之間存在負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;不論當(dāng)年還是滯后一年,董事長(zhǎng)和總經(jīng)理同時(shí)變更對(duì)企業(yè)年個(gè)股交易均產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:From 2004 to 2014, the data of four industries listed companies in the main board of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market were selected as the research object. By means of multiple regression analysis, the effects of the change of executives and their characteristics on the individual stock trading of listed enterprises were studied.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the change of executives and the age of executives and the annual stock trading, while there is no significant relationship between the tenure of senior executives and the annual stock trading.Further study shows that the change of chairman has no obvious influence on the annual stock trading, and the change of general manager has a negative correlation with the annual stock trading, whether in the same year or one year behind,Chairman and general manager change at the same time to the company's annual stock transactions have a negative impact.
