【摘要】：2011年開始，非標金融產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)，其中很大一部分投入了政府性融資平臺、房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)等敏感性行業(yè)。短短三年的時間里，非標金融產(chǎn)品的模式衍變得多種多樣。在監(jiān)管部門越來越重視非標金融產(chǎn)品的潛在風險，出臺各類文件予以規(guī)范的時候，本文試圖通過**市經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)總公司為例，從政府融資平臺的發(fā)展、融資結(jié)構(gòu)的變化來分析非標金融產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)的市場原因。從銀行的角度分析非標金融產(chǎn)品的風險點，并提出現(xiàn)階段的監(jiān)管建議。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, non-standard financial products have emerged, a large part of which has been invested in government financing platforms, real estate companies and other sensitive industries.In a short period of three years, the pattern of non-standard financial products has become diverse.When the regulatory authorities pay more and more attention to the potential risks of non-standard financial products and issue various documents to regulate them, this paper attempts to take the development of government financing platform as an example through the General Corporation of Economic and technological Development zones.The change of financing structure to analyze the market reasons of non-standard financial products.This paper analyzes the risk points of non-standard financial products from the perspective of banks, and puts forward some suggestions for supervision at the present stage.
