【摘要】：當前我國資產證券化業(yè)務規(guī)模不斷擴大,發(fā)行主體范圍不斷拓寬,信貸資產證券化和企業(yè)資產證券化規(guī)模逐漸占據主流,保險資產證券化開始有所發(fā)展。資產證券化在為企業(yè)提供新的融資渠道和化解銀行信貸風險的同時,也為我國眾多企業(yè)解決融資難題提供了思路。資產證券化為商貿流通企業(yè)融資提供了可能性,商貿流通企業(yè)通過資產證券化融資,需要綜合考慮各方面的成本支出,借助成本比較,選擇適合自身行業(yè)發(fā)展特點的發(fā)行模式,來降低發(fā)行成本和提高融資效率。
[Abstract]:At present, the business scale of asset securitization in our country is expanding, the scope of issuing subject is widening, and the scale of credit asset securitization and enterprise asset securitization is gradually occupying the mainstream. The securitization of insurance assets has begun to develop. While providing new financing channels for enterprises and resolving bank credit risks, asset securitization, The asset securitization provides the possibility for the commercial circulation enterprise to finance, the commerce circulation enterprise through the asset securitization financing, needs to consider each aspect comprehensively the cost expense, With the help of cost comparison, we choose the issuing mode which is suitable for the development of our own industry to reduce the issuing cost and improve the financing efficiency.
