【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)上銀行應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行是商業(yè)銀行通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)向客戶提供金融產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),不僅包括傳統(tǒng)的銀行業(yè)務(wù),還包括因信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用帶來的新興業(yè)務(wù)。商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行突破了時(shí)空的限制,并具有低成本、高收益的特性,因此發(fā)展網(wǎng)上銀行,已成為提高我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段。 雖然近幾年來我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展十分迅速,但仍處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行的管理還很不完善,仍存在著許多問題。因此,研究我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的使用情況及顧客滿意度問題在這樣的發(fā)展背景下,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行來說具有非常重要的指導(dǎo)作用。本篇論文就是針對(duì)這一問題,以沈陽(yáng)市為例,采取問卷調(diào)查的形式,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行顧客進(jìn)行關(guān)于網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)的調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查得到的樣本數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS19.0軟件進(jìn)行處理,得出結(jié)果并以此得出結(jié)論,最后對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of information technology and the continuous development of commercial bank business, Internet banking emerges as the times require. Commercial bank online banking is a commercial bank to provide financial products and services to customers through the Internet, including not only traditional banking business. It also includes the new business brought about by the application of information technology. Commercial banks have broken through the limitation of space and time, and have the characteristics of low cost and high income, so they develop online banking. It has become an important means to improve the market competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks. Although China's commercial banks have developed rapidly in recent years, they are still in the initial stage of development. The management of Chinese commercial banks' online banks is not perfect, and there are still many problems. Research on the use of online Banking and customer satisfaction of Commercial Banks in China in this context, it is very important for the commercial banks in China to guide. Taking Shenyang as an example, this paper takes the form of questionnaire investigation to investigate the online banking business of commercial bank customers. The sample data obtained from the survey are processed by SPSS19.0 software, and the results are obtained and the conclusions are drawn. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions to the commercial banks of our country.
