全國(guó)性股份制上市商業(yè)銀行盈利模式研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展迅速,銀行業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有所提高。但隨著金融全球化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)日益加劇,利率市場(chǎng)化的不斷推進(jìn),加上我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放程度的提高,外資銀行大量涌入,使得我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸擴(kuò)大,我國(guó)銀行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的以利差收入為導(dǎo)向的盈利模式面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,如何轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式成為銀行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 本文立足于8家全國(guó)性股份制上市商業(yè)銀行(包括興業(yè)銀行、招商銀行、民生銀行、光大銀行、浦發(fā)銀行、中信銀行、華夏銀行及平安銀行)盈利模式的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,將銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)理念和戰(zhàn)略布局觀念融入了盈利模式涵義中,認(rèn)為盈利模式是在銀行不同經(jīng)營(yíng)理念和戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)下形成的盈利渠道及對(duì)應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)8家銀行的業(yè)務(wù)收入結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)合銀行盈利模式類(lèi)型,為8家銀行盈利模式進(jìn)行了重分類(lèi)。以2008-2012年財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用因子分析法對(duì)盈利模式進(jìn)行了績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),建立了指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),分析結(jié)果將指標(biāo)歸結(jié)為四個(gè)因子,分別為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)利因子、流動(dòng)性管理創(chuàng)利因子、創(chuàng)新能力因子及成長(zhǎng)性因子,結(jié)論顯示綜合排名第一位的為興業(yè)銀行、隨后為招商銀行、民生銀行、浦發(fā)銀行、光大銀行、平安銀行、中信銀行及華夏銀行。在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)利因子下,中信銀行和浦發(fā)銀行位居前兩名,華夏銀行和平安銀行排名相對(duì)落后。在流動(dòng)性管理創(chuàng)利因子下,興業(yè)銀行排名第一,體現(xiàn)了其較強(qiáng)的資金配置能力,其次為平安銀行和浦發(fā)銀行。在創(chuàng)新能力因子下,興業(yè)銀行仍居第一,主要體現(xiàn)在中間業(yè)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新上,其次為招商銀行和光大銀行。成長(zhǎng)性因子上,民生銀行排名第一,其次為興業(yè)銀行和光大銀行。 采用了規(guī)范分析的方法對(duì)全國(guó)性股份制上市銀行盈利模式的影響因素進(jìn)行了論證,包括五個(gè)方面,分別為金融市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、監(jiān)管制度、創(chuàng)新能力、治理結(jié)構(gòu)及對(duì)中小企業(yè)扶持政策。提出了可供全國(guó)性股份制上市銀行選擇的盈利模式,包括互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融模式、混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式及個(gè)人零售業(yè)務(wù)模式。最后,結(jié)合實(shí)證分析,提出模式轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)策,包括應(yīng)完善金融監(jiān)管體制,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)人才建設(shè),提高銀行員工的職業(yè)技能,積極拓展中間業(yè)務(wù),大力發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融及網(wǎng)上、移動(dòng)銀行等新興業(yè)務(wù)。建立健全有效的內(nèi)部治理機(jī)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,同時(shí)要采用漸進(jìn)式的發(fā)展思路進(jìn)行盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's commercial banks have developed rapidly, and the overall competitiveness of the banking industry has been improved. However, with the increasing trend of financial globalization, the promotion of marketization of interest rates and the improvement of the degree of openness of our financial market, The influx of foreign banks makes the competition of our banking industry expand gradually, and the traditional profit model of China's banking industry is facing a severe challenge. Therefore, how to change the profit model becomes the key to the development of the banking industry. This paper is based on the development of the profit models of 8 national joint-stock listed commercial banks (including Industrial Bank, China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, Everbright Bank, Pudong Development Bank, CITIC Bank, Huaxia Bank and Ping an Bank). The concept of bank management and strategic layout is integrated into the meaning of profit model. It is considered that profit mode is the profit channel and corresponding business structure formed under the guidance of different management ideas and strategies of the bank. This paper also analyzes the business income structure of 8 banks, and reclassifies the profit models of 8 banks with the types of bank profit models. Taking the financial data from 2008 to 2012 as the sample, the paper evaluates the performance of the profit models by factor analysis. The evaluation system of the index is established, and the result of the analysis divides the index into four factors, namely risk management profit factor, liquidity management profit creation factor, innovation ability factor and growth factor, and the index is divided into four factors: risk management profit factor, liquidity management profit creation factor, innovation ability factor and growth factor. The conclusion shows that the first overall ranking is Industrial Bank, followed by China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, Pudong Development Bank, Everbright Bank, Ping an Bank, CITIC Bank and Huaxia Bank. Under the risk management profit factor, Citic Bank and Pudong Development Bank are in the top two places, while Huaxia Bank and Ping an Bank are relatively backward. Under the liquidity management profit creation factor, Industrial Bank ranks first, reflecting its strong ability to allocate funds. Second, Ping an Bank and Pudong Development Bank. Under the innovation ability factor, Industrial Bank still ranks first, mainly reflected in the innovation of intermediate business, followed by China Merchants Bank and Everbright Bank. In terms of growth factors, Minsheng Bank ranks first. Followed by Industrial Bank and Everbright Bank. The paper uses the normative analysis method to demonstrate the influencing factors of the profit model of the national stock listed banks, including five aspects, namely, the structure of the financial market, the supervision system, and the innovation ability. The governance structure and supporting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper puts forward the profit model which can be chosen by national joint-stock listed banks, including Internet finance model, mixed business model and individual retail business model. Some countermeasures are put forward, including perfecting the financial supervision system, strengthening the construction of talents, improving the vocational skills of bank staff, actively expanding intermediate business, and developing Internet finance and internet. Mobile banking and other new business. To establish a sound and effective internal governance institutions, strengthen risk management, improve the construction of risk management system, at the same time, we should adopt progressive development ideas to transform the profit model.
