【摘要】：地方政府債的投資效益是商業(yè)銀行制定投資策略的焦點問題,然而,商業(yè)銀行地方政府債投資的效益測度至今未有統(tǒng)一可信的方法。本文基于指標分解法,綜合收益和成本兩個角度構(gòu)建商業(yè)銀行地方政府債投資效益測度并進行模擬測算,最后對商業(yè)銀行提升地方政府債的投資效益提出相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:Local government debt is the focus of investment benefit, make the investment strategy of commercial banks however, benefit commercial banks to measure the local government debt investment has not been unified credible. The index decomposition method based on the two aspects of comprehensive income and the cost of construction of commercial bank debt of local government investment benefit measurement and simulation calculation, and finally puts forward relevant the suggestions for commercial banks to enhance the investment benefit of local government debt.
