【摘要】：林權(quán)交易中心是集體林權(quán)制度改革后為提高森林資源配置效率和促進(jìn)集體林權(quán)的有序流轉(zhuǎn)而發(fā)展起來(lái)的綜合性林業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。為深入研究林權(quán)交易中心的性質(zhì),文章以雙邊市場(chǎng)理論為基礎(chǔ),討論了林權(quán)交易中心的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)林權(quán)交易中心具有需求互補(bǔ)性、交叉網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部性和價(jià)格結(jié)構(gòu)非中性的雙邊市場(chǎng)屬性,以及雙邊參與主體多元化、交易對(duì)象復(fù)雜化和交易中心公益化的特殊性質(zhì),最后綜合雙邊市場(chǎng)性質(zhì)對(duì)林權(quán)交易中心的建設(shè)和發(fā)展得到幾點(diǎn)啟示:(1)要注意提高林權(quán)交易中心雙邊參與主體的粘性。(2)要加快培育和發(fā)展市場(chǎng)機(jī)制下的多種交易服務(wù)平臺(tái)。(3)要根據(jù)雙邊市場(chǎng)規(guī)則制定合理的定價(jià)策略。
[Abstract]:Forest property right trading center is a comprehensive forestry service institution developed to improve the efficiency of forest resources allocation and promote the orderly circulation of collective forest rights after the reform of collective forest tenure system. Based on the theory of bilateral market, this paper discusses the market structure of forest property right trading center, and finds that forest right trading center has the characteristics of complementary demand, cross-network externality and non-neutral price structure. As well as the special nature of the diversification of bilateral participants, the complexity of trading objects and the commonweal nature of trading centers, Finally, we should pay attention to enhancing the stickiness of bilateral participants in forest property trading centers by synthesizing the nature of bilateral markets to the construction and development of forest rights trading centers.) We should speed up the cultivation and development of various trading services under the market mechanism. Business platform. 3) according to the bilateral market rules to formulate a reasonable pricing strategy.
