【摘要】：目前我國(guó)正處于流動(dòng)性過(guò)剩階段，經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展，，居民生活水平不斷提高，可支配收入日益增加，居民投資意愿也日趨強(qiáng)烈。我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格呈快速上漲趨勢(shì)，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格波動(dòng)劇烈，給居民生活帶來(lái)了諸多不利的影響，而目前我國(guó)滿足居民“抵抗通脹”“套期保值”需求的投資產(chǎn)品短缺。 基于此，本文以現(xiàn)代套期保值理論為基礎(chǔ)，提出了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金這一概念。在闡述了其概念和理論的基礎(chǔ)上，回顧中、美、日共同基金金融發(fā)展史，從發(fā)展模式、推動(dòng)模式、法律法規(guī)建設(shè)、監(jiān)管治理模式以及投資者結(jié)構(gòu)五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較分析并對(duì)國(guó)外共同基金發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以總結(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文從產(chǎn)品和發(fā)展兩個(gè)角度分析了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金的優(yōu)勢(shì)，指出了我國(guó)發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金的制約因素。 為進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證我國(guó)城市居民對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金是否有投資意愿，本文通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研對(duì)城市居民農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金投資意愿進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，以問(wèn)卷的形式對(duì)吉林省長(zhǎng)春市和黑龍江省哈爾濱市的城市居民進(jìn)行了調(diào)研，并選用Logistic模型對(duì)影響城市居民投資農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金意愿的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，得出城市居民的性別、受教育程度、家庭年收入、基金偏好、對(duì)基金公司的信任程度、對(duì)未來(lái)糧價(jià)的預(yù)測(cè)以及糧價(jià)波動(dòng)對(duì)家庭的影響為顯著影響因素，同時(shí)得出大部分城市居民愿意投資農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金的結(jié)論。根據(jù)以上分析，本文提出了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品共同基金發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議，為其在我國(guó)的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a stage of excess liquidity, economic development, constantly improve the living standards of residents, disposable income increasing, investment willingness of residents are increasingly strong. At the present stage of China's agricultural product prices showed a rapid rising trend, the agricultural product price volatility, has brought a lot of adverse effects to the residents living at present, our country meet the residents "resistance" inflation "hedging" demand for investment products shortage.
Based on this, this paper is based on modern hedging theory, put forward the concept of agricultural mutual funds. Based on expounding the concept and theory, review, beauty, history, mutual fund finance, from the mode of development, promote the mode of construction of laws and regulations, regulatory governance and investor structure five a comparative analysis of foreign mutual fund development experience is summarized. On this basis, this paper analyzes the advantages of mutual funds of agricultural products from two angles and product development, points out the factors restricting the development of agricultural products of China's mutual funds.
In order to further verify the city residents in our country have the willingness to invest of agricultural products is the empirical test of mutual funds, through the investigation of city residents investment mutual funds of agricultural products will, in the form of questionnaire in Jilin province Changchun city in Heilongjiang province and Harbin city residents were investigated, and the influence factors of influence on Logistic model city residents to invest in the agricultural mutual fund will make empirical analysis of the city residents that gender, educational level, family income, fund preference, level of trust fund companies, the impact on future price forecasting and price fluctuations of the family is an important factor at the same time that most city residents are willing to jointly invest in agricultural products the fund's conclusion. According to the above analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural products of mutual fund development, for its development in China Provide reference.
