【摘要】：由于"大躍進"運動和人民公社化的影響,1960年代初,中國國民經濟遭受了建國以來最嚴重的困難,農業(yè)是重災區(qū)。為了盡快恢復發(fā)展農業(yè)生產,作為當時經濟工作的重要負責人,李富春提出、實施了一系列重要思想。這些思想分為三個方面,剖析困難原因是恢復農業(yè)生產的基礎,以農業(yè)為基礎、工業(yè)支援農業(yè)發(fā)展是核心,并積極支持農業(yè)中出現的創(chuàng)新做法。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of the Great Leap forward and the people's commune, in the early 1960s, China's national economy suffered the most serious difficulties since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and agriculture was the worst disaster area. In order to resume the development of agricultural production as soon as possible, as an important person in charge of economic work at that time, Li Fuchun put forward a series of important ideas. These ideas are divided into three aspects, the analysis of the reasons for the difficulties is the basis of restoring agricultural production, agriculture as the basis, industrial support for agricultural development is the core, and actively support the innovative practices in agriculture.
