【摘要】：我國(guó)是具有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家,馬克思主義是我國(guó)的指導(dǎo)思想,基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度是公有制為主體,多種所有制共同發(fā)展。這種所有制充分的體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)人民群眾在社會(huì)上的主體地位。然則,隨著改革開放、中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的繁榮,貧富差距逐漸拉大,分配領(lǐng)域的問題也在不斷的凸顯,收入分配不均和分配不公的現(xiàn)象逐漸成為人民群眾關(guān)注的核心。馬克思在結(jié)合社會(huì)實(shí)踐的前提和條件下,繼承且批判了空想社會(huì)主義和古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)思想,運(yùn)用了唯物主義的觀點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、科學(xué)的分配理論。因此,結(jié)合目前分配領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義的基本國(guó)情,研究馬克思的分配理論,對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前解決分配領(lǐng)域所出現(xiàn)的問題具有極為重要的價(jià)值和意義。本文的共分四章來論述:第一章是馬克思分配理論的形成及概述,通過追溯馬克思分配理論形成的前提以及思想過程,論述19世紀(jì)30年代至19世紀(jì)70年代,馬克思分配理論形成的前后的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)條件和當(dāng)時(shí)所流行的資本主義分配思想;并簡(jiǎn)要概述和分析了空想社會(huì)主義和古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的分配思想以及馬克思對(duì)這兩種思想的繼承及批判。第二章是馬克思分配理論的思想及內(nèi)容,全面的闡述,生產(chǎn)、分配和再分配這三個(gè)緊密相關(guān)的環(huán)節(jié)作為馬克思分配思想重中之重的地位;分析了作為站在廣大無產(chǎn)階級(jí)勞動(dòng)者立場(chǎng)上的馬克思分配理論,實(shí)事求是的揭露,并且批判資本主義分配制度下,工人階級(jí)被資本家冷酷剝削生產(chǎn)資料和勞動(dòng)剩余價(jià)值真相;詳細(xì)闡述了馬克思主張將按需分配、按勞分配和按生產(chǎn)要素分配三種分配方式建立在社會(huì)主義公有制條件下。第三章是馬克思的分配理論在我國(guó)的發(fā)展與影響,仔細(xì)的敘述了新中國(guó)成立至今,先后實(shí)行的按勞分配制度、按勞分配作為主體多種分配方式并存、效率與公平相兼顧、更加注重公平等分配的制度,是我國(guó)運(yùn)用馬克思分配理論在具體實(shí)踐的過程繼承以及發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物;全面分析了我國(guó)分配領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,指出分配不公和分配不均等作為目前我國(guó)分配領(lǐng)域所存在的問題產(chǎn)生的原因。第四章是馬克思分配理論的當(dāng)代價(jià)值及啟示,再次闡述了當(dāng)代我國(guó)分配領(lǐng)域中馬克思分配理論的價(jià)值,指出按勞分配的原則是新中國(guó)成立以來始終堅(jiān)持的分配原則;隨著世界格局的不斷變化和我國(guó)具體國(guó)情的改變,黨和政府根據(jù)我國(guó)具體實(shí)踐,堅(jiān)持以馬克思的分配理論作為科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)并不斷將其進(jìn)行發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)行改革開放,實(shí)行按勞分配為主體多種分配方式并存的分配制度,建立了社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的體制;馬克思主義分配理論作為我國(guó)分配制度的精髓和靈魂,指導(dǎo)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定、迅速發(fā)展的,因此,無論任何時(shí)期黨和國(guó)家都必須毋庸置疑的堅(jiān)持馬克思主義分配理論的指導(dǎo)地位不動(dòng)搖。無獨(dú)有偶,中國(guó)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和具體國(guó)情不停變化,我國(guó)還必需通過堅(jiān)持按勞分配的主體地位、堅(jiān)持完善收入分配制度、建立健全社會(huì)保障體系和規(guī)范調(diào)節(jié)社會(huì)分配秩序等制度,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定快速增長(zhǎng),社會(huì)和諧健康發(fā)展,促進(jìn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的美好目標(biāo)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。在研究的方法上,文章采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、定量分析、系統(tǒng)分析和理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合等方法,詳細(xì)探討了馬克思分配理論的內(nèi)容和馬克思主張的分配方式,深入分析了我國(guó)當(dāng)代分配領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并結(jié)合馬克思分配理論的當(dāng)代價(jià)值針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)分配領(lǐng)域所存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和措施,力求通過新穎的實(shí)踐和觀點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)、全面、準(zhǔn)確、客觀的找出解決我國(guó)當(dāng)代分配領(lǐng)域所出現(xiàn)的問題的方法。
[Abstract]:China is a socialist country with Chinese characteristics. Marxism is the guiding ideology of our country. The basic economic system is the main body of public ownership and the common development of various forms of ownership. The ownership of this kind of ownership reflects the status of the people of our country in the society. However, with the reform and opening up, the prosperity of the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics, the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor, the problems in the distribution area are becoming more and more prominent, and the phenomenon of unequal distribution of income and unequal distribution of income has gradually become the core of the people's concern. Based on the premise and conditions of social practice, Marx inherited and criticized the thought of Utopian socialism and the classical economics, and applied the view of materialism, and constructed the theory of rigorous and scientific distribution. Therefore, according to the present situation of the current distribution field, according to the basic conditions of our country's socialism, it is of great value and significance to study Marx's theory of distribution and to solve the problems in the current distribution field of our country. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the formation and overview of the theory of the distribution of Marx, the premise and the thought process of the formation of the theory of Marx's distribution, and the former and backward economy formed by Marx's distribution theory from the 1930s to the 1970 's. The social conditions and the idea of the distribution of the capitalism prevailing at that time, and a brief introduction and analysis of the idea of the distribution of the utopian socialism and the classical economics and the inheritance and criticism of the two ideas. The second chapter is the thought and content of Marx's distribution theory, and the three closely related links of production, distribution and redistribution are the most important position of Marx's distribution thought. In the light of seeking truth from facts, and in the critical capitalist distribution system, the working class is exploited by the capitalist to exploit the means of production and the truth of the surplus value of the labor; Under the condition of socialist public ownership, according to the distribution of labor and the distribution of three types of distribution according to the production factors. The third chapter is the development and influence of Marx's distribution theory in our country, and the new China has been set up to date and has been put into practice according to the labor distribution system. It is the product of the process of using Marx's distribution theory in the concrete practice and the product of development, and analyses the reality in the field of distribution in our country, and points out the causes of the problems in the distribution of our country. The fourth chapter is the contemporary value and the enlightenment of the Marx's distribution theory, and expounds the value of Marx's distribution theory in the field of the distribution of modern China, and points out that the principle of the distribution of labor is the principle of the principle of the principle that the new China has always adhered to since its establishment; With the changing of the world pattern and the change of our country's specific national conditions, the Party and the government, in accordance with the concrete practice of our country, insist on the theory of the distribution of Marx as the guide of science and the continuous development and innovation of it, and carry out the reform and opening-up, according to the distribution system, the system of the socialist market economy is set up according to the distribution system which is distributed as a main body and a plurality of distribution modes, the Marxism distribution theory is used as the essence and the soul of the distribution system in China, and the economic stability and the rapid development of our country are guided, and therefore, No matter any time, the Party and the state must insist on the guiding position of the Marxist theory of distribution. There is no change in the high-speed development of China's current economy and the specific conditions of the country, and it is also necessary for our country to adhere to the system of improving the income distribution system, establishing and perfecting the social security system and regulating the social distribution order by adhering to the main status of the distribution, and perfecting the income distribution system. To promote the rapid growth of the economy, the harmonious and healthy development of the society and the smooth realization of the beautiful goal of the Chinese dream. On the basis of the research, the article adopts the methods of literature research, quantitative analysis, system analysis and the combination of theory and practice, discusses the content of Marx's distribution theory and the distribution mode of Marx's claim, and deeply analyses the present situation and existing problems in the contemporary distribution field of our country. In the light of the contemporary value of Marx's distribution theory, the corresponding countermeasures and measures are put forward for the problems existing in the current distribution field of our country, and the method of solving the problems in the contemporary distribution field of our country is to be found through the novel practice and the viewpoint, the system, the comprehensive, the accurate and objective.
