中俄邊境高校經(jīng)管類專業(yè)創(chuàng)新教育的戰(zhàn)略性交易模型構(gòu)建

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新教育是中俄邊境高校經(jīng)管專業(yè)建設(shè)的必然選擇,這種選擇決定了專業(yè)建設(shè)過程中必然要明確教育者、被教育者、教育基層組織、政府及企事業(yè)單位之間的關(guān)系,明晰關(guān)系主體之間產(chǎn)生的正負(fù)效應(yīng),通過建立戰(zhàn)略性交易模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)教育主客體之間存在著委托代理關(guān)系,不同主客體之間存在正負(fù)效應(yīng),結(jié)合中俄邊境經(jīng)管專業(yè)建設(shè)實(shí)際,提出了"1+1"培養(yǎng)模式的探索,以期建立"1+1"教學(xué)基地、科研基地、實(shí)驗(yàn)室基地、就業(yè)基地,為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)管類專業(yè)的創(chuàng)新教育事業(yè)的騰飛提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Innovative education is the inevitable choice for the construction of management specialty in the border colleges and universities between China and Russia. This choice determines that the relationship between educators, educatees, grass-roots education organizations, the government, enterprises and institutions must be clearly defined in the course of professional construction. Through the establishment of strategic transaction model, it is found that there is a principal-agent relationship between the subject and object of education, and a positive and negative effect exists between the different subjects and objects. In combination with the practice of the construction of the specialty of border management between China and Russia, the author makes clear the positive and negative effects between the subjects of the relationship. In order to establish the teaching base, scientific research base, laboratory base and employment base, this paper puts forward the exploration of the training mode of "11" in order to provide the theoretical support for the development of innovative education for the specialty of economy and management.
