【摘要】：基于知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)理論,構(gòu)建了"關(guān)系強(qiáng)度—合作模式—知識(shí)創(chuàng)造"的邏輯鏈條,研究企業(yè)間關(guān)系強(qiáng)度如何通過(guò)合作模式影響企業(yè)知識(shí)創(chuàng)造,以及環(huán)境不確定性對(duì)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與合作模式之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。以我國(guó)305家制造類(lèi)企業(yè)為樣本,運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析方法對(duì)相關(guān)假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)間關(guān)系強(qiáng)度對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)創(chuàng)造存在顯著的正向作用;股權(quán)式合作在關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與企業(yè)知識(shí)創(chuàng)造中起中介作用;股權(quán)式合作對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)創(chuàng)造的作用大于契約式合作;外部環(huán)境的不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與合作模式間的關(guān)系。其中,市場(chǎng)不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與股權(quán)式合作模式間的關(guān)系;技術(shù)不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與契約式合作模式的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of knowledge foundation, this paper constructs the logical chain of "relationship intensity-cooperation mode-knowledge creation", and studies how the strength of inter-firm relationship affects enterprise knowledge creation through cooperation mode. And the effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between relationship intensity and cooperation model. With 305 manufacturing enterprises in China as a sample, empirical analysis method is used to verify the relevant assumptions. The results show that the strength of inter-firm relationship has a significant positive effect on enterprise knowledge creation, equity cooperation plays an intermediary role in relationship intensity and enterprise knowledge creation, equity cooperation plays a greater role in enterprise knowledge creation than contractual cooperation. The uncertainty of the external environment positively regulates the relationship between the intensity of the relationship and the mode of cooperation. Among them, the relationship between the intensity of positive regulatory relationship of market uncertainty and the equity cooperation model, and the relationship between the intensity of positive regulatory relationship of technical uncertainty and contractual cooperation mode.
