【摘要】：近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)流行的新古典主義轉(zhuǎn)軌理論雖曾有過(guò)不少評(píng)析,但相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的視角大多集中于政策觀點(diǎn)與主張,系統(tǒng)深入的理論剖析較為鮮見(jiàn)。本文結(jié)合當(dāng)代轉(zhuǎn)軌國(guó)家的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),并綜合借鑒馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的基本觀點(diǎn)和當(dāng)代其他經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)派轉(zhuǎn)軌研究的若干新成果,對(duì)新古典主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)及其轉(zhuǎn)軌理論所具有的理論及方法論缺陷,給予較為深入的解析與批判,從基礎(chǔ)理論層面進(jìn)一步揭示出新古典的自由放任基本理念的成因及其錯(cuò)誤實(shí)質(zhì),并闡明當(dāng)前在我國(guó)繼續(xù)深入批判自由放任主義思潮的必要性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been a lot of comments on the popular neo-classicism transition theory in China, but the perspective of relevant literature is mostly focused on the policy views and opinions, and the systematic and in-depth theoretical analysis is relatively rare. This paper combines the practical experience of contemporary countries in transition, and synthetically draws lessons from the basic viewpoints of Marxist economics and some new achievements of other economic schools in transition. The defects in theory and methodology of neoclassical economics and its transition theory are analyzed and criticized in depth, and the causes and wrong essence of the basic concept of neo-classical laissez-faire are further revealed from the basic theory level. The necessity of further criticizing laissez-faire trend of thought in our country is expounded.
