【摘要】：生產(chǎn)率不斷增長是人類社會進步的重要標志。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了單要素(勞動、資本)生產(chǎn)率和全要素生產(chǎn)率的提出和研究進展,論述了勞動生產(chǎn)率、資本生產(chǎn)率和全要素生產(chǎn)率的內(nèi)存關(guān)系:一是提高勞動生產(chǎn)率可以通過加快資本深化和提高全要素生產(chǎn)率兩個途徑實現(xiàn);二是資本生產(chǎn)率變動取決于勞均資本變動與全要素生產(chǎn)率變動的"凈效應(yīng)";三是提升生產(chǎn)率的重點是提高全要素生產(chǎn)率,同時不斷增加有效勞均資本。
[Abstract]:Productivity growth is an important symbol of the progress of human society. This paper systematically reviews the advances and research progress of single factor productivity (labor, capital) productivity and total factor productivity, and discusses the labor productivity. The memory relationship between capital productivity and total factor productivity: first, the improvement of labor productivity can be achieved by accelerating capital deepening and increasing total factor productivity; The second is that the change of capital productivity depends on the "net effect" between the change of average labor capital and the change of total factor productivity, and the third is that the emphasis of increasing productivity is to increase the total factor productivity, and at the same time, to increase the average capital of service.
