知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)下按貢獻(xiàn)分配的理論及其應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The distribution by contribution is a special way of distribution in the knowledge economy. It emphasizes the factors of production (especially human capital) and their actual contribution to the creation of social wealth. That is, performance to obtain the corresponding compensation, thus negating the traditional practice of industrial capital monopoly enterprise net income. Because the time for mankind to enter the era of knowledge economy is not too long, the practice of distribution according to contribution is not deep enough. As a result, the current theory of distribution by contribution is very fragmented. With the further development of knowledge economy, it is urgent to set up a complete set of distribution theory to guide the distribution work in reality, thus arousing the enthusiasm of the key elements of knowledge economy. This paper intends to make some beneficial attempts in systematizing the theory of contribution distribution, which tightly encircles the operational process of contribution distribution to arrange the whole theoretical structure. This paper begins with the definition of the connotation and extension of contribution distribution, and then discusses the method of determining the contribution rate of key elements. Finally, the structural optimization problem of specific contribution allocation model is analyzed. Specifically, this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter analyzes the formation and development of the external environment (knowledge economy) on which the contribution distribution depends; The second chapter defines the connotation and extension of distribution according to contribution from the broad sense and narrow sense. It also discusses the close relationship between the distribution according to the contribution and the knowledge economy, the third chapter focuses on the characteristics of the value composition of the knowledge products. On the basis of this, the method of dividing the contribution rate between the two key elements according to the contribution is determined. In the fourth chapter, based on the incentive model and the risk pricing model, the structural optimization of the specific model of contribution allocation is discussed. The ideal model of distribution according to contribution is prospected. In the fifth chapter, in view of the problems encountered in the local application of contribution allocation in China, some macro policy suggestions for improving the effect of contribution distribution are put forward. In the process of constructing the theory system of distribution according to contribution, this paper uses a variety of research methods, such as model, case and data analysis, and makes some innovations in some aspects. However, since the theory of distribution by contribution is a relatively new field and therefore the information is very limited, the theoretical research carried out in this context, There are certain restrictions. Therefore, in this paper, there will inevitably appear some unsatisfactory places, hope to get advice from the experts.
