【摘要】： 縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)最基層的單元，對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論研究屬于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)科的范疇。因而，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行具有區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的一般規(guī)律，對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)較為成熟的研究也為縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 目前，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占很大比重。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，我國(guó)有10.8億以上人口居住在縣域范圍內(nèi)，占全國(guó)總?cè)丝诘?5％以上。因此，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在我國(guó)具有非常重要的地位，這也是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)還處在發(fā)展階段所具有的重要特點(diǎn)。 但是，當(dāng)前仍有不少縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)，特別是西部地區(qū)的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)存在一些問(wèn)題，如勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)不充分，農(nóng)民收入增長(zhǎng)緩慢，縣鄉(xiāng)政府財(cái)政困難，群眾生活困難等情況較為普遍。 因此，，如何增強(qiáng)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)而緊迫的問(wèn)題，本文以此為切入點(diǎn)，力求找出一些規(guī)律性的東西，并從中探求一些解決之道，為縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和實(shí)踐的發(fā)展作一些大膽的嘗試。
[Abstract]:County economy is the most basic unit of regional economy. Therefore, the operation of county economy has the general law of regional economic operation, and the more mature research on regional economy also provides a solid foundation for the study of county economy. At present, the county economy accounts for a large proportion of the national economy. According to statistics, China has more than 1.08 billion people living in the county area, accounting for more than 85% of the total population. Therefore, the county economy has a very important position in our country, which is also an important characteristic of the development stage of our country economy. However, there are still some problems in the county economy, especially in the western region, such as insufficient employment of labor force, slow growth of farmers' income, financial difficulties of county and township governments, and difficulties in people's life. Therefore, how to strengthen the competitiveness of county economy is a realistic and urgent problem. For the county economic theory and practice of the development of a number of bold attempts.
