【摘要】：鄧小平有中國特色社會主義理論是當代中國的一個龐大的馬克思主義理論體系。許多人已經(jīng)從不同領域、不同層面進行研究，取得了不少成果。本文作者則對鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想有著濃厚的研究興趣。一方面是鄧小平的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想內(nèi)容廣泛，博大精深，其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀哲學視野寬闊，底蘊深厚，特色鮮明。另一方面是鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想在有中國特色社會主義理論體系及中國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設實踐中地位突出、影響深遠、意義重大。本人試圖從哲學的角度就鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想進行嘗試性研究，并把這種解讀界定為鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀。本文從馬克思主義哲學的立場、觀點、方法出發(fā)，充分運用理論與實踐相統(tǒng)一、邏輯與歷史相一致、述說與剖析相結(jié)合的方法，著重對鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀進行系統(tǒng)探討，同時圍繞新時期的科學發(fā)展觀，對新世紀中國的科學發(fā)展問題作初步的分析論證，論文研究內(nèi)容集中于以下幾個方面： 首先，本文對鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想的主要內(nèi)容進行框架性的展示和述說。包括經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀的立論基礎——初級階段國情論、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位論、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展動力論、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃與部署的戰(zhàn)略觀、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的資源配置觀——社會主義市場經(jīng)濟理論五大部分。這一部分集中展示了鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想的內(nèi)容框架，為后邊的分析與研究起奠基性的作用。 其次，圍繞鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想的框架內(nèi)容，從哲理性的高度剖析鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想的理論特色與哲學底蘊。目的在于揭示鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀深厚的哲學內(nèi)涵與意蘊。把對鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想的理解引向深入。 再次，結(jié)合社會主義建設實踐和理論發(fā)展進程，，闡述新時期科學發(fā)展觀，并對兩種發(fā)展觀之關系作初步探討。主要揭示科學發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)涵、確立依據(jù)、實質(zhì)、核心。進一步就鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀和新時期科學發(fā)展觀既有聯(lián)系又有差別的辨證統(tǒng)一關系作嘗試性的比較研究。一方面闡明鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀并未過時，仍然是社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的重要指導思想，另一方面表明適應新時期的發(fā)展要求所確立的科學發(fā)展觀并未淡化與拋棄鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀。鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀與新時期科學發(fā)展觀是一脈相承的馬克思主義發(fā)展觀。新時期科學發(fā)展觀，是新時期共產(chǎn)黨人對鄧小平經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀的創(chuàng)新性理論成果，是一種全新的發(fā)展觀，是發(fā)展理論的一次重大突破。我們要把兩種發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)一起來，貫 WP=3 穿于社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設過程中。用這兩種發(fā)展觀共同指導有中國特色的社會主義建設實踐。 最后，結(jié)合社會主義建設實踐與發(fā)展進程，提出我們必須正確認識和慎重對待影響與制約21世紀中國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的幾個關系問題。進一步明確發(fā)展經(jīng)濟、以經(jīng)濟建設為中心仍然是實現(xiàn)新時期戰(zhàn)略目標的核心與關鍵。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a huge Marx theory system in contemporary China. Many people have studied from different fields and different levels, and have achieved many achievements. The author of this article has a strong interest in the research of Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought. On the one hand, Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought is within the thought of Deng Xiaoping. Extensive, extensive and profound, the philosophy of economic development is broad, profound and distinctive. On the other hand, Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought has a prominent position in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the practice of socialist modernization in China. I try to make a philosophical perspective on Deng Xiaoping. This interpretation is defined as Deng Xiaoping's economic development view. This article, from the standpoint, view and method of Marx's philosophy, makes full use of the theory and practice, the unity of theory and practice, the unity of logic and history, and the combination of narration and analysis, and focuses on the systematic discussion of Deng Xiaoping's view of economic development, At the same time, a preliminary analysis and demonstration of the problems of scientific development in the new century is made around the new Scientific Outlook on Development in the new century. The contents of the paper are focused on the following aspects:
First, the main content of Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought is presented and described in a framework, including the basis of the theory of economic development, the theory of national conditions in the primary stage, the strategic position of economic development, the dynamic theory of economic development, the strategic view of the planning and deployment of economic development, the concept of resource allocation of economic development - socialism The five part of the theory of market economy. This part focuses on the content framework of Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought, laying a foundation for the analysis and research later.
Secondly, according to the framework of Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought, the theoretical and philosophical implications of Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought are analyzed from a philosophical point of view. The purpose is to reveal the profound philosophical connotation and implication of Deng Xiaoping's economic development view, and to lead to the deep understanding of Deng Xiaoping's economic development thought.
Thirdly, combining with the process of socialist construction practice and theory development, this paper expounds the Scientific Outlook on Development in the new period and preliminarily discusses the relationship between the two kinds of development concept. It mainly reveals the connotation, foundation, essence and core of the Scientific Outlook on Development, and further discusses the dialectic of the relationship between Deng Xiaoping's economic development view and the Scientific Outlook on Development in the new period. One relationship is a tentative comparative study. On the one hand, it is clear that Deng Xiaoping's economic development concept is not out of date. It is still an important guiding ideology of socialist modernization. On the other hand, the Scientific Outlook on Development has not desalinated and abandoned Deng Xiaoping's economic development view. Deng Xiaoping's economic development view and new concept are not the same. In the new period, the Scientific Outlook on Development is the Marx doctrine of development. In the new period, Scientific Outlook on Development is an innovative theoretical result of the Communist Party of the new period to the economic development view of Deng Xiaoping. It is a new concept of development and a major breakthrough in the theory of development. We should unify the two kinds of development concepts.

In the process of socialist modernization, we should use these two concepts of development to guide the practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.
Finally, combining with the practice and development process of socialist construction, we put forward that we must correctly understand and treat several relations problems that affect and restrict the economic and social development of China in twenty-first Century. Further clarifying the development of economy and taking economic construction as the center are still the core and key of realizing the strategic goal of the new period.
