【摘要】：馬克思的資本概念有如下三重規(guī)定:其一,資本的本質(zhì)是一種生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,其內(nèi)核是雇傭與被雇傭的關(guān)系;其二,資本是一種負(fù)載于物上的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,物作為價值實(shí)體能夠被計量(貨幣化);其三,資本是能夠帶來剩余價值的價值,價值增值是資本的本性。馬克思對資本的分析有其特定的理論語境。由于我國社會主義建立的特殊性,資本的歷史使命并沒有終結(jié)�；谖覈鐣髁x初級階段的基本國情以及我們要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo),中國共產(chǎn)黨人在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的推進(jìn)過程中逐步確立了公有制資產(chǎn)的資本形式——公有制資本。從本質(zhì)看,公有制資本是一種公有制基礎(chǔ)上的雇傭與被雇傭關(guān)系;從形式看,作為載體的公有制企業(yè)要有明晰的資產(chǎn)價格核算;從目的看,公有制資本的價值增值是手段而非目的。公有制資本在我國社會主義建設(shè)過程中應(yīng)承擔(dān)起如下歷史使命:一是承擔(dān)起促進(jìn)社會生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的主要任務(wù);二是引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的社會主義方向,促進(jìn)社會公平。
[Abstract]:Marx's concept of capital has the following triple provisions: first, the essence of capital is a kind of production relationship, the core of which is the relationship between employment and employment; second, capital is a kind of production relationship loaded on things. As a value entity, things can be measured (monetized); third, capital is the value that can bring surplus value, and value appreciation is the nature of capital. Marx's analysis of capital has its specific theoretical context. Because of the particularity of China's socialist construction, the historical mission of capital has not ended. Based on the basic national conditions in the primary stage of socialism in China and the goal we should achieve, the Communist Party of China has gradually established the capital form of public ownership-public ownership capital in the process of promoting the socialist market economy. In essence, public ownership capital is a relationship between employment and employment on the basis of public ownership; from the formal point of view, public owned enterprises as carriers should have clear asset price accounting; from the point of view of purpose, The value appreciation of public ownership capital is a means, not an end. The public ownership capital should undertake the following historical missions in the process of socialist construction in China: first, it should undertake the main task of promoting the development of social productive forces; second, it should lead the development of socialism and promote social equity.
