【摘要】：優(yōu)素福.哈斯.哈吉甫留下的世界性作品《福樂智慧》是維吾爾族的古典文學(xué)的杰出代表作品,也是維吾爾族經(jīng)濟(jì),政治,宗教,文化的榜樣。《福樂智慧》不僅是維吾爾族的寶貴遺產(chǎn),也是祖國文化歷史的寶貴財(cái)富的重要組成部分。《福樂智慧》問世于喀喇汗王朝時(shí)期(公元1069-1070),這一時(shí)期喀喇汗王朝雖然充滿著持續(xù)的內(nèi)部爭權(quán)奪利和外部的征戰(zhàn),但是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)處于繁榮發(fā)展的盛期,從社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力及生產(chǎn)方式發(fā)展上看,是以維吾爾人為主體的狹義突厥人的經(jīng)濟(jì)制度與生活方式的重大轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,本文所研究的《福樂智慧》經(jīng)濟(jì)思想深刻受到這個(gè)時(shí)候的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況的影響。本文首先介紹《福樂智慧》的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想概況,對《福樂智慧》的各種經(jīng)濟(jì)思想做總體概述,并從中歸納出其經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的主要特點(diǎn)。然后,針對體現(xiàn)作品經(jīng)濟(jì)思想特點(diǎn)的幾種重要思想進(jìn)行理論性分析,而且研究《福樂智慧》中作者提出的各種經(jīng)濟(jì)措施;進(jìn)一步分析作者所提出的財(cái)政管理方面的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想。本文結(jié)構(gòu)分七個(gè)內(nèi)容:第一,導(dǎo)論。在這部分描述了本論文的選題意義,研究目的、國內(nèi)研究,國外研究回顧、研究內(nèi)容和方法以及論文的創(chuàng)新之處和不足之處等內(nèi)容。第二,研究《福樂智慧》的基本情況,也就是作者優(yōu)素福.哈斯.哈吉甫的生平,《福樂智慧》的基本內(nèi)容,《福樂智慧》的思想淵源等內(nèi)容。第三,闡述《福樂智慧》經(jīng)濟(jì)思想概說,內(nèi)容包括對《福樂智慧》經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的認(rèn)識(shí),《福樂智慧》經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的背景,《福樂智慧》經(jīng)濟(jì)思想體系與經(jīng)濟(jì)思想特色等內(nèi)容。第四,詳細(xì)地描述了《福樂智慧》中體現(xiàn)的財(cái)富思想。著重探討《福樂智慧》中的財(cái)富觀,也就是金銀是財(cái)富,奴隸是財(cái)富和知識(shí)是財(cái)富等等。還有闡述了《福樂智慧》中當(dāng)時(shí)的獲取財(cái)富,創(chuàng)造財(cái)富之路。第五,研究《福樂智慧》中的重商思想,重點(diǎn)談?wù)撝厣趟枷氲木唧w表現(xiàn),進(jìn)一步討論對商人與商業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí),商人具備的素質(zhì),反對高利貸與支持合法借貸等豐富的內(nèi)容,還有闡述當(dāng)時(shí)重商思想的淵源。第六,闡述了《福樂智慧》中的貨幣財(cái)政思想。對作品當(dāng)中的財(cái)政思想和貨幣思想進(jìn)行特別細(xì)節(jié)地研究,提出了社會(huì)福利觀,財(cái)政管理方面對管理人員提出了的基本要求問題,作者的這些觀念在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì),市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中起借鑒意義。第七,對《福樂智慧》中的勞動(dòng)觀與分配原則進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Yusuf Haas Hajifu's worldwide work, "the Wisdom of Fulue," is an outstanding representative of Uygur classical literature and is also an economic, political and religious work of the Uyghur people. The example of culture. "Happiness Wisdom" is not only a valuable heritage of the Uyghur people, It is also an important part of the precious wealth of the culture and history of the motherland. "the Wisdom of Fulele" came out during the Kalahan Dynasty (1069-1070 AD), which was filled with continuous internal power struggles and external wars. But the social economy is in the prosperous period of development. From the point of view of the development of the social productive forces and the mode of production, it is a major transition period of the economic system and life style of the Turkic people in the narrow sense with the Uyghur as the main body. The economic thoughts studied in this paper are deeply influenced by the economic situation at this time. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of the economic thoughts of "Fulle Wisdom", and gives a general overview of the various economic thoughts of "Fulle Wisdom". The main characteristics of his economic thoughts are summarized. Then, the author makes a theoretical analysis of several important ideas which embody the characteristics of the economic thoughts of his works, and studies the various economic measures proposed by the author in "File Wisdom". The structure of this paper is divided into seven parts: first, introduction. In this part, the author describes the significance of the topic, the purpose of the research, the domestic research, and the review of foreign research. The contents and methods of the research as well as the innovations and shortcomings of the paper. That is, the life of the author Yusuf Haas Haas Haggi Fu, the basic content of the Wisdom of Happiness, the origin of the thought of the Wisdom of Happiness, and so on. Third, an overview of the economic thought of the Wisdom of Happiness. The contents include the understanding of the economic thought, the background of the economic thought, the system of economic thought and the characteristics of the economic thought. 4th, This paper describes in detail the thought of wealth embodied in "Wealth Wisdom". It focuses on the view of wealth in "Wealth Wisdom", that is, gold and silver are wealth. Slaves are wealth and knowledge is wealth, and so on. It also expounds the way to gain wealth and create wealth in "bliss Wisdom". 5th, study the mercantilism thought in "bliss Wisdom," and focus on the concrete manifestation of mercantilism. To further discuss the understanding of businessmen and commerce, the qualities of businessmen, the opposition to usury and the support of legitimate lending, and to elaborate on the origins of the mercantilist ideas of the time. 6th, This paper expounds the thought of money and finance in "Wealth Wisdom". It makes a special detailed study on the thought of finance and money in the works, and puts forward the basic requirements of social welfare and financial management for managers. These ideas are of great significance in social economy and market economy. 7th. This paper analyzes the labor concept and distribution principle in "the Wisdom of Happiness".
