【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)活動的空間往往具有唯一性、稀缺性,如何將空間(屬性)因素納入到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的分析框架中,不同時期的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家都做出了卓有成效的努力。本文首先剖析了空間的位置性、差異性、距離性以及勢能性等四個內(nèi)在基本屬性;然后基于文獻(xiàn)梳理的角度,將經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的空間(屬性)因素引入按照四個視角進(jìn)行區(qū)分:交通運輸成本視角、引力-場視角、冰山交易成本視角和異質(zhì)性視角;并分別論述了各個視角下,空間分析的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的研究歷程以及未來可能的發(fā)展方向,以期對今后理論模型的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行借鑒并給實證研究提供背景支撐。
[Abstract]:The space of economic activity is often unique and scarce. How to bring the spatial (attribute) factor into the analytical framework of economics. Economists in different periods have made fruitful efforts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the four basic attributes of space: location, difference, distance and potential energy. Then based on the angle of literature combing, the spatial (attribute) factors of economics are divided into four perspectives: transportation cost perspective, Gravity-field perspective, iceberg transaction cost perspective and heterogeneity perspective; The paper also discusses the research course of the economic theory of spatial analysis and the possible development direction in the future in order to draw lessons from the construction of the theoretical model in the future and provide the background support for the empirical research.
