【摘要】：回顧歷史可以發(fā)現(xiàn),技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵隨時代的變化而呈現(xiàn)出不斷發(fā)展的過程,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)化之間存在著歷史性的同步關(guān)系。古代,技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以度量衡為主,滿足于農(nóng)業(yè)和手工業(yè)的需求,產(chǎn)業(yè)的財富擁有內(nèi)涵尤為顯著;近代,技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以零件互換為主,適應(yīng)于工業(yè)革命之后工業(yè)化機(jī)器大生產(chǎn)的制造業(yè)要求,產(chǎn)業(yè)的價值增殖內(nèi)涵最為明顯;現(xiàn)代,技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化以技術(shù)使用、質(zhì)量和管理等綜合體系認(rèn)證為主,以適應(yīng)全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易秩序建立和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)所帶來的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的需求,產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵表現(xiàn)為以知識流和價值流為基礎(chǔ)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。從技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的歷史演變角度分析產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵的結(jié)構(gòu)性變遷,有助于挖掘產(chǎn)業(yè)的社會意義。
[Abstract]:Looking back on history, we can find that the connotation of technology standard and industry presents a process of continuous development with the change of the times, and there is a historical synchronous relationship between standardization and industrialization. Technology standardization is based on measurement and measurement, which meets the needs of agriculture and handicraft industry, especially the wealth of industry. In modern times, the technology standardization is based on parts exchange, which adapts to the requirement of industrial machine mass production after the industrial revolution, and the connotation of industrial value multiplication is the most obvious. In modern times, technology standardization is based on the certification of comprehensive system of technology use, quality and management to meet the needs of emerging industries brought about by the establishment of global economic and trade order and knowledge economy. The industrial connotation is manifested as an ecosystem based on the knowledge flow and the value flow. It is helpful to excavate the social significance of the industry by analyzing the structural changes of the industrial connotation from the point of view of the historical evolution of technological standardization.
