【摘要】：對(duì)外開(kāi)放是習(xí)近平同志在《擺脫貧困》一書(shū)探討的主要問(wèn)題之一。該書(shū)中既闡述了對(duì)外開(kāi)放和對(duì)外開(kāi)放意識(shí)的重要性,也探討了對(duì)外開(kāi)放的模式選擇、環(huán)境改善、文化宣傳、實(shí)效增強(qiáng)等方面的問(wèn)題。同時(shí),該書(shū)中還研究了對(duì)外開(kāi)放同扶貧工作、對(duì)內(nèi)開(kāi)放、資源開(kāi)發(fā)之間的關(guān)系問(wèn)題。在該書(shū)中,對(duì)外開(kāi)放思想的全面系統(tǒng)闡發(fā)是同唯物辯證法的嫻熟運(yùn)用密不可分的。該書(shū)中的對(duì)外開(kāi)放思想既是習(xí)近平同志全面調(diào)研和深入思考閩東對(duì)外開(kāi)放工作的重要智力成果,也充分體現(xiàn)了他工作中的實(shí)干精神。從對(duì)外開(kāi)放所處的階段來(lái)看,該書(shū)中的對(duì)外開(kāi)放思想是圍繞著引進(jìn)來(lái)這一主題來(lái)進(jìn)行闡發(fā)的。
