【摘要】： 經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境是支撐人類生存與發(fā)展的兩個(gè)聯(lián)系十分緊密的系統(tǒng),經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)發(fā)生在一定的環(huán)境中,與環(huán)境進(jìn)行著往復(fù)循環(huán)的能量與物質(zhì)交換,勢(shì)必引起環(huán)境的變動(dòng)。另一方面,環(huán)境是經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)得以展開(kāi)的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),其質(zhì)量狀況必然影響經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的質(zhì)量和效益。在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論深入人心的今天,它在探索某一區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)之間的關(guān)系,以及探尋其協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的發(fā)展辦法,具有極為深刻的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。正是從這一認(rèn)識(shí)出發(fā),本文力求運(yùn)用發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的一些基本理論,采用調(diào)查分析、資料研究、理論探討等研究方法,從分析新疆環(huán)境質(zhì)量與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系入手,基于新疆歷史數(shù)據(jù),從實(shí)證的角度,運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型分析二者之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系即環(huán)境質(zhì)量與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的庫(kù)茲尼茲曲線關(guān)系。接著定性和定量分析經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)環(huán)境變化的影響,環(huán)境質(zhì)量對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的反影響,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與環(huán)境質(zhì)量相互之間影響的因果關(guān)系。另外,分析人口規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)構(gòu)、外貿(mào)等因素是如何影響環(huán)境質(zhì)量。最后結(jié)合上述分析結(jié)果,根據(jù)新疆實(shí)際情況,提出保持新疆環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。 本文內(nèi)容主要包括: (1)環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的理論分析。 (2)新疆環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀描述。 (3)實(shí)證研究新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與環(huán)境質(zhì)量之間的曲線關(guān)系,即環(huán)境庫(kù)茲尼茲曲線關(guān)系。 (4)通過(guò)定性和定量分析環(huán)境質(zhì)量對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用,研究新疆環(huán)境質(zhì)量對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的強(qiáng)度或是抑制力。研究經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)環(huán)境質(zhì)量的影響。 (5)環(huán)境質(zhì)量與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:Economy and environment are two closely related systems that support human survival and development. Economic activities occur in a certain environment, and they exchange energy and matter in a reciprocating cycle with the environment. On the other hand, environment is the realistic basis of economic activities, and its quality will inevitably affect the quality and benefit of economic activities. It is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between economic development and environmental protection in a certain region and to explore the development methods to coordinate economic development and environmental protection. This paper tries to use some basic theories of development economics, environmental economics and regional economics, and adopts research methods such as investigation and analysis, data research, theoretical discussion and so on. From the analysis of the relationship between environmental quality and economic growth in Xinjiang, based on Xinjiang historical data, from an empirical point of view. The quantitative relationship between the two is analyzed by econometric model, that is, the Kuzniz curve of the relationship between environmental quality and economic growth, and then the impact of economic growth on environmental change is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The negative impact of environmental quality on economic growth, and the causal relationship between economic growth and environmental quality. In addition, the size of population, industrial structure, technological progress, urban and rural structure are analyzed. According to the above analysis results and according to the actual situation of Xinjiang, the countermeasures and suggestions to maintain the sustainable development of environment and economy in Xinjiang are put forward. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) theoretical analysis of the relationship between environment and economy. Description of Xinjiang's environmental and economic development. 3) empirical study on the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality in Xinjiang, I. e., environmental Kuzniz curve. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effect of environmental quality on economic growth, the influence of environmental quality on economic growth in Xinjiang is studied, and the influence of economic growth on environmental quality is studied.
