【摘要】：本文首先分析了復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論,并對該理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié),得出了復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)自組織的條件、本質(zhì)和特征,其本質(zhì)就是通過系統(tǒng)個體的并行計算來尋找系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)環(huán)境的最優(yōu)值。 社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)是一個適應(yīng)性系統(tǒng),以追求最優(yōu)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力為目的,處于不斷地進(jìn)化過程中。本質(zhì)上,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)與復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)一樣,由具有自主能力的個體組成,通過這些個體的并行計算來尋找系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)環(huán)境的最優(yōu)值。復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)表現(xiàn)出旺盛的生命力和卓越的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力,而人類社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)卻表現(xiàn)出各種不同的適應(yīng)能力,結(jié)合復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)自組織的條件、本質(zhì)和特征,我們可以很清楚地發(fā)現(xiàn)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)不盡人意的整體涌現(xiàn)能力的問題所在。因此,本文從復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)自組織的本質(zhì)出發(fā),結(jié)合自組織的條件,提出了社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)自組織水平評價參數(shù)和評價模型。 本文以社會經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的三個領(lǐng)域為研究對象,用評價方法對該三個領(lǐng)域的演化過程進(jìn)行了定性分析,在分析中發(fā)現(xiàn):在演化的初始階段,雖然三者的自組織水平評價參數(shù)的值各不相同,而且在演化過程中,各個參數(shù)值變化的方式和內(nèi)容也不一樣,但是卻逐漸在趨向同一個發(fā)展方向,即自組織水平值為高。接著,本文實證分析了海爾集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程,分析中從評價模型得出的發(fā)展趨勢曲線與海爾集團(tuán)在現(xiàn)實市場表現(xiàn)的走勢曲線相一致,從而在一定程度上證明了評價方法和評價模型的正確性。 最后,本文以評價方法為指導(dǎo),對自組織企業(yè)的建立從激勵與約束機(jī)制、員工平等性和自主管理、企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)數(shù)字神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)幾個角度提出了建議:在激勵與約束機(jī)制上提出了人力資本所有者參與分享企業(yè)剩余索取權(quán)的原則和企業(yè)內(nèi)部虛擬市場模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the theory of complex adaptive system is first analyzed, and the theory is summarized, and the conditions, essence and characteristics of self-organization of complex adaptive system are obtained. Its essence is to find the optimal value of system adaptive environment by parallel computation of system individual. The social economic system is an adaptive system, which is in the process of continuous evolution in order to pursue the optimal environmental adaptability. In essence, the socio-economic system is the same as the complex adaptive system. It is made up of individuals with independent ability. By parallel computing of these individuals, the optimal value of adaptive environment can be found. Complex adaptive systems show strong vitality and excellent adaptability to environment. On the other hand, human social and economic systems show different adaptive abilities, combining with the self-organizing conditions, nature and characteristics of complex adaptive systems. We can clearly find the problem of the overall emergence ability of the unsatisfactory social and economic system. Therefore, this paper starts from the essence of self-organization of complex adaptive systems and combines the conditions of self-organization. The evaluation parameters and evaluation model of social economic system self-organization level are put forward. This paper takes the three fields of the social economic system as the research object, uses the evaluation method to carry on the qualitative analysis to the evolution process of these three domains, and finds out: in the initial stage of the evolution. Although the values of self-organizing level evaluation parameters are different, and in the evolution process, each parameter value changes in the same way and content, but gradually tend to the same direction of development. That is, the self-organization level is high. Then, this paper empirically analyzes the development process of Haier Group, and the trend curve obtained from the evaluation model is consistent with the trend curve of Haier Group in the real market. Thus, the correctness of the evaluation method and the evaluation model is proved to a certain extent. Finally, under the guidance of the evaluation method, the establishment of self-organized enterprises from the incentive and constraint mechanism, employee equality and independent management. Some suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of corporate culture and digital neural network: the principle of human capital owners participating in sharing residual claims and the internal virtual market model are put forward in terms of incentive and constraint mechanism.
