【摘要】：我國供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革中包含諸多綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的中心任務(wù),就是以綠色發(fā)展為契機(jī)和動力。與此同時,我國碳排放交易市場在綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中具有越來越重要的地位。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,碳排放交易市場將推動加快供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。我國碳排放交易市場的發(fā)展可以加快供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革去產(chǎn)能的進(jìn)程,并能夠加快供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革中的補短板進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:China's supply-side structural reform contains many green economic factors. The central task of supply-side structural reform is to take green development as the opportunity and power. China's carbon emissions trading market is playing a more and more important role in the development of green economy. Carbon emissions trading market will accelerate the development process of supply-side structural reform, and the development of carbon emissions trading market in China can accelerate the process of supply-side structural reform to eliminate capacity. And can speed up the supply-side structural reform in the process of short-board.
