【摘要】：目的提高包裝生產(chǎn)線的自動化程度。方法基于S7-200 PLC和維綸TK6050ip觸摸屏,設(shè)計(jì)一種全自動包裝搬運(yùn)氣動機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng),對控制系統(tǒng)硬件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并在硬件結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行軟件編程。最后進(jìn)行測試和應(yīng)用研究。結(jié)果由實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)可知,該控制系統(tǒng)能夠保證氣動機(jī)械手運(yùn)行的平穩(wěn)性、準(zhǔn)確性、快速性,具有操作方便、工作效率高、運(yùn)行可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。結(jié)論基于PLC和觸摸屏控制的氣動機(jī)械手能夠提高包裝生產(chǎn)線的自動化程度,可滿足包裝控制要求和生產(chǎn)需求。
[Abstract]:Objective To improve the degree of automation of packaging production line. Methods Based on the S7-200 PLC and the vinylon TK6050ip touch screen, a full-automatic packaging and handling pneumatic manipulator control system was designed, and the hardware structure of the control system was designed and the software was programmed on the basis of the hardware structure. Finally, the test and application study were carried out. The experimental data shows that the control system can ensure the stability, accuracy and rapidity of operation of the pneumatic manipulator, and has the advantages of convenient operation, high working efficiency, reliable operation and the like. Conclusion The pneumatic manipulator based on PLC and touch screen control can improve the degree of automation of packaging production line, and can meet the requirements of packaging control and production demand.
