中國(guó)的“一帶一路”的倡議,其對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的影響在撒哈拉以南非洲地區(qū) ——以肯尼亞為例

中國(guó)的廣泛一帶一路倡議旨在創(chuàng)造新的貿(mào)易路線和連接亞洲、非洲和歐洲的一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目。本研究的目的是識(shí)別、分析和研究非洲一帶一路倡議的影響,特別是在肯尼亞,并討論肯尼亞將如何應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施方面的挑戰(zhàn),并從主動(dòng)性中獲益。在這一研究課題中,筆者還將從人道主義的角度探討未來(lái)一條道路的主要成就,分析“一帶一路”政策將如何影響世界主要超級(jí)大國(guó)之間的地緣戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。要了解非洲經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)緩慢,有必要了解其過(guò)去、現(xiàn)在和未來(lái)。通過(guò)對(duì)肯尼亞基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施行業(yè)的分析,對(duì)其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和成就進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展提出了建議;A(chǔ)設(shè)施不足阻礙了肯尼亞實(shí)現(xiàn)其可持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)潛力。貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施赤字和提高橋梁的肯尼亞經(jīng)濟(jì)和其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家,中國(guó)尋求合資企業(yè)進(jìn)入新的市場(chǎng)和擴(kuò)大貿(mào)易提振其國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值。肯尼亞必將受益于轉(zhuǎn)型,增加跨境貿(mào)易,創(chuàng)造就業(yè),同時(shí)加快非洲大陸的現(xiàn)代化和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程。這項(xiàng)研究的結(jié)論是探索撒哈拉以南非洲國(guó)家如何實(shí)現(xiàn)其全面增長(zhǎng)潛力,重點(diǎn)放在肯尼亞。本文采用描述性和探索性的研究方法,輔助數(shù)據(jù)收集支持的結(jié)果。主要結(jié)果是,該地區(qū)的國(guó)家側(cè)重于建設(shè)而不是維持,因此建議政府需要向短期基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展項(xiàng)目投...
