【摘要】：隨著《國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃（2014-2020年）》的出臺城市化建設步伐會空前加快，本文認為一個國家或地區(qū)城市化率在達到30%-60%的區(qū)間是一個高速增長的重大戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展機遇期，抓住這一歷史機遇對一個地區(qū)的長遠發(fā)展意義重大。但目前陜西落后于全國，寶雞落后于陜西，研究寶雞的城中村改造，找出當前城中村改造中存在的突出問題，加快國家規(guī)劃的關中--天水經(jīng)濟區(qū)的健康發(fā)展，加快寶雞城市化進程，盡快縮小與發(fā)達地區(qū)的差距尤為重要。 本文首先從理論的角度出發(fā)，從國內外城中村改造的對比入手認真分析寶雞市城中村改造的現(xiàn)狀和政策，以探討當前困擾寶雞市城中村改造的主要問題；再次，通過歸納對比方法對城中村改造模式進行對比分析，再以寶雞市代家灣村實體改造案例為樣本，利用定性定量方法從開發(fā)主體、改造模式、各方效益、改造效果等方面對城中村改造效益進行全方位分析；研究結論是：改造要找到各方利益的平衡點；改造要重視弱勢群體村民的未來發(fā)展權；改造的主體和模式提倡多元化；提高對城中村改造的認知；加大對開發(fā)企業(yè)的監(jiān)督和支持力度；加強對村民的宣傳教育和引導的對策建議。 本文主要的研究內容如下： 第一章導論部分。主要梳理了目前國內外的一些學者對城中村改造研究的相關文獻。通過分析文獻，探究可能的研究方向。并根據(jù)文獻評述，明確本文的研究目的以及研究的意義，闡明本文的研究框架、內容和方法以及可能存在的創(chuàng)新點和不足之處。 第二章理論部分。分別對城中村改造的相關定義進行闡釋。并介紹本文研究的相關的理論知識和指導思想，為后文實證部分的研究打下理論基礎。 第三章對寶雞市城中村改造的現(xiàn)狀情況進行介紹。 第四章對寶雞市城中村改造主要模式進行對比分析。 第五章以寶雞市代家灣村實體改造案例為樣本，從開發(fā)主體、改造模式、各方效益、改造效果等方面對城中村改造效益進行分析 第六章結論與建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new urbanization plan of the country (2014-2020)>, the pace of urbanization construction will be accelerated.
