【摘要】：近年來,我國(guó)食品安全問題頻出,嚴(yán)重威脅社會(huì)大眾的身心健康,引起全社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。食品檢驗(yàn)是了解食品質(zhì)量和特征、發(fā)現(xiàn)食品生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域安全隱患的有效措施,也是我國(guó)質(zhì)量管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。作為食品檢驗(yàn)的重要環(huán)節(jié),樣品管理直接關(guān)乎到食品檢測(cè)的精準(zhǔn)度和有效性。然而,由于各種因素的影響,使得食品檢驗(yàn)樣品管理中存在諸多問題,影響了食品檢驗(yàn)的有效性。本文對(duì)此進(jìn)行了探討,并提出了幾點(diǎn)建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the food safety problems in our country are frequent, which seriously threaten the physical and mental health of the public, and cause widespread concern of the whole society. Food inspection is an effective measure to understand the quality and characteristics of food and find out the hidden dangers in the field of food production, and it is also an important link of quality management in our country. As an important part of food inspection, sample management is directly related to the accuracy and effectiveness of food testing. However, due to the influence of various factors, there are many problems in the management of food inspection samples, which affect the effectiveness of food inspection. This paper discusses this, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
