【摘要】：運(yùn)用扎根理論研究方法,分析訪談中獲取的資料記錄,發(fā)掘PPP項(xiàng)目談判過程中影響信任的9項(xiàng)因素,分為交易雙方固有特征、交易雙方交互行為與交易雙方心理契約3大類別,構(gòu)建PPP項(xiàng)目談判過程中信任的影響因素及其作用機(jī)理模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在PPP項(xiàng)目談判過程中,"響應(yīng)性"與"溝通"直接影響信任的維持、提升與下降,其他各因素均通過"響應(yīng)性"與"溝通"間接影響信任的演化。
[Abstract]:By using the method of rooted theory, this paper analyzes the data records obtained in the interview, and explores the nine factors that affect trust in the process of PPP project negotiation, which can be divided into three categories: the inherent characteristics of the parties to the transaction, the interactive behavior of the parties to the transaction and the psychological contract between the parties to the transaction. The influencing factors and mechanism model of trust in the process of PPP project negotiation are constructed. It is found that in the process of PPP project negotiation, "responsiveness" and "communication" directly affect the maintenance, promotion and decline of trust, while other factors indirectly affect the evolution of trust through "responsiveness" and "communication".
