基于技術接受模型的小型純電動汽車使用影響因素研究

【摘要】:本文以技術接受模型為基礎,結合了創(chuàng)新擴散理論和感知風險理論,提出了小型純電動汽車公眾使用影響因素的綜合理論模型。以中國小型純電動汽車為背景,通過問卷方式采集了248個有效樣本數(shù)據(jù),運用結構方程建模的方法檢驗了該模型。研究結果表明:感知有用性、感知易用性、兼容性和感知風險是決定小型純電動汽車的使用態(tài)度的關鍵因素;小型純電動汽車的使用態(tài)度對使用意愿有顯著的正向影響。 本文結構如下:第一章是緒論,對本文的研究背景、理論意義、實踐意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處進行了介紹。第二章是文獻綜述,分為四小節(jié):第一節(jié)主要介紹了小型純電動汽車的概念和發(fā)展階段;第二節(jié)主要介紹了技術接受模型的發(fā)展歷程;第三節(jié)主要介紹了感知風險理論,第四節(jié)主要介紹了創(chuàng)新擴散理論,為本文的研究提供理論依據(jù)。第三章為研究設計,在理論綜述的基礎上構建小型純電動汽車使用影響因素的模型,再結合已有的文獻確定此研究模型中六個變量的測量量表,,在此基礎上設計出本研究的調(diào)查問卷。第四章是實證分析。首先是運用軟件SPSS19.0對問卷的樣本數(shù)據(jù)進行描述性統(tǒng)計來了解樣本概況,然后是信效度分析和相關性分析。然后使用AMOS17.0構建結構方程模型并根據(jù)模型得出的結果來驗證本研究的相關假設。第五章是研究結論與建議。首先討論數(shù)據(jù)分析結果,再結合小型純電動汽車的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對如何推廣使用小型純電動汽車提出了相應的建議,最后指出了本次研究的不足之處和對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the technology acceptance model and combining the innovation diffusion theory and the perceived risk theory, this paper presents a comprehensive theoretical model of the influencing factors on the public use of small-sized pure electric vehicles. Based on the Chinese small electric vehicle, 248 valid sample data were collected by questionnaire, and the model was tested by the method of structural equation modeling. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility and perceived risk are the key factors to determine the attitude towards the use of small, pure electric vehicles, and the attitude towards the use of small pure electric vehicles has a significant positive impact on the use intention. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, theoretical significance, practical significance, research content, research method and innovation of this paper. The second chapter is a literature review, which is divided into four sections: the first section mainly introduces the concept and development stage of small electric vehicles, the second section mainly introduces the development process of technology acceptance model. The third section mainly introduces the theory of perceived risk, the fourth section mainly introduces the theory of diffusion of innovation, which provides the theoretical basis for the study of this paper. The third chapter is the research design. On the basis of the theoretical review, the model of the influence factors on the use of small electric vehicles is constructed, and then the measurement scale of six variables in the research model is determined in combination with the existing literature. On the basis of this, the questionnaire of this study is designed. The fourth chapter is empirical analysis. Firstly, the software SPSS19.0 is used to describe the sample data, then the reliability and validity analysis and correlation analysis are used to analyze the sample profile. Then we use AMOS17.0 to construct the structural equation model and verify the hypothesis according to the results of the model. The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and suggestion. This paper first discusses the results of data analysis, and then puts forward some suggestions on how to popularize the use of small pure electric vehicles combined with the development status of small electric vehicles. Finally, it points out the shortcomings of this study and prospects for the future.
