【摘要】：正我們在認同市場經濟的規(guī)則下,一定會出現供需的矛盾,所謂供需的矛盾在某種情況下它的波動會體現在一段時間內供求緊張,一段時間內供給過剩,這是商品經濟、市場經濟的普遍規(guī)律。但是中國的房地產和國際上的房地產發(fā)展有非常大的區(qū)別,房地產商和政府的利益緊緊的綁在一起,因為房地產商要拿房子的利潤,政府是拿土地的
