【摘要】：21世紀(jì)人類社會(huì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)向型社會(huì)。隨著項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的、初級(jí)的一般單項(xiàng)目和單項(xiàng)目管理,已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)項(xiàng)目和企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,項(xiàng)目集和項(xiàng)目組合及其管理開(kāi)始顯現(xiàn)出越來(lái)越重要的作用。項(xiàng)目集管理中的整合管理(集成管理)作為項(xiàng)目集管理的精髓也成為管理領(lǐng)域的前沿研究課題。本研究與應(yīng)用的目的是：通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)理論的研究和作者具體從事的項(xiàng)目集管理的實(shí)踐,解決如何在項(xiàng)目集管理中更好地發(fā)揮整合管理的綱舉目張、統(tǒng)籌整合作用,確保項(xiàng)目集管理的成功,同時(shí)提出一些關(guān)于項(xiàng)目集整合管理的新思考。本論文第一章是對(duì)涉及該領(lǐng)域文獻(xiàn)的綜述和比較分析研究及本研究的意義,研究目標(biāo)、方法、內(nèi)容、技術(shù)路線。第二章是本研究的重點(diǎn)。首先是有關(guān)整合管理、項(xiàng)目集管理和項(xiàng)目集整合和管理的概念和現(xiàn)有理論要點(diǎn)的介紹與論述；繼而針對(duì)該類理論指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐的迫切性以及項(xiàng)目集整合管理剛剛引入中國(guó)目前有部分內(nèi)容在學(xué)術(shù)界還存在的歧義、不確定性、爭(zhēng)議性的實(shí)際狀況,依據(jù)論文作者近年在學(xué)校對(duì)項(xiàng)目集和整合管理理論的學(xué)習(xí),特別是親身具體從事的項(xiàng)目集管理實(shí)踐,介紹了作者在項(xiàng)目集整合管理方面的創(chuàng)新求索。第三章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了作者在所從事的項(xiàng)目集管理案例中對(duì)項(xiàng)目集整合管理理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的具體應(yīng)用。第四章是對(duì)本研究的結(jié)論和展望。
[Abstract]:Human society has entered the project-oriented society in the 21 st century. With the development of the project, the traditional, primary single project and single project management can not meet the needs of the project and enterprise development. The project set and project portfolio and their management have begun to play an increasingly important role. As the essence of project set management, integrated management (integrated management) has also become the frontier research topic in the field of project set management. The purpose of this research and application is to solve the problem of how to better play the role of integrated management in the project set management through the research of relevant theories and the practice of project set management. To ensure the success of project set management, and put forward some new thinking about project set integration management. The first chapter is a review and comparative analysis of the literature in this field and the significance of this study, research objectives, methods, content, technical route. The second chapter is the focus of this study. The first part is the introduction and discussion of the concepts of integration management, item set management and project set integration and management, as well as the main points of existing theories. Then aiming at the urgency of this kind of theory to guide project management practice and the fact that some of the contents of project set integration management have just been introduced into China, which still exist in academic circles, such as ambiguity, uncertainty and controversy, According to the author's recent study of project set and integrated management theory in school, especially the practice of project set management, this paper introduces the author's innovation in project set integrated management. In the third chapter, the author briefly introduces the application of the project set management theory to the practice in the project set management case. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this study.
